Align Home Health Care

Recently there was issue with my sister-in-laws lift chair. Align came and had a look, but they needed to order a part which might take some time. I was somewhat anxious as the chair is so necessary. I called and complained, and discussed how disappointed we were..that there was an unknown period of time before the chair would get the part. The serviceman Pat called me apologizing and said he was going back to the office to see if there would be a part that would do until the right part came in.. The next call I receive was from Pat saying he was at JPC with a new part he found and was headed in to fix the chair. Seriously, top notch customer service. He, Pat went the second mile, (even more)He went above and beyond to help others..Very impressive..

I took my husband's wheelchair in due to a very wobbly rear wheel. All the technicians were out of the office, however, the District Manager, Justin Gordon was there. He stepped right up and repaired the wheel and replaced the arm rest cushions (which were held together with tape) all in less than ten minutes. What a wonderful experience of customer service and kindness. We are existing clients but will gladly continue to spread the word of Align in the community. With much appreciation.

My only contact so far has been with Jaime and she is truly a gem! She was prompt in getting back to me, ... She was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. If she didn't know an answer she admitted it, found out the answer and got right back to me. Looking forward to dealing with this company for many years to come!

Would highly recommend this small establishment. When looking for a lift chair for my husband after open heart surgery they were very helpful and communicated with me until they found what I was looking for. During a very stressful time Jaimie in the store was a source of comfort and a lovely listening ear!! I could not ask for better service.

Amazing customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company and the staff!

Kingston store clerk was less than helpful. She kept telling me “we are doing inventory” The sign on your door read OPEN didn’t it?

Shame on the sales person who sold my husband a suction bath bar. It continued to fall from the wall and luckily it did! When I called to explain this, I was told that it wasn't weight baring. What are they used for then? Fortunately it was never used and luckily an elderly person wasn't injured. Shame on you!

Hope their work is better than their driving and temperament
