I am so upset with this company. After one month of trial on CPAP I was sold a machine of a lesser quality as the one on trial was not available, then sold the wrong size mask. This probably would not have been such an issue if this sale had not occurred on a Friday and the whole business shuts down for the weekend no emergency help. This was an emergency for me as I was leaving the country on the Monday for a month! I cannot breath properly at night without this CPAP. Luckily Medigas was open on a Saturday morning. They were extremely helpful and available. Very kind, despite the fact that i had not purchased my machine with them they refitted my mask and exchanged the correct size for me so that I could leave on the Monday for a month with the right CPAP fittings. Being able to sleep during the holiday was huge. My file hopefully has been transferred to Medigas. In reply to the the owner. I feel that for urgent issues with a new client that someone should be available through your after hours service. On call would be sufficient for me to get my point across and receive some help. I do not feel that i am inacurate my assessment of the service provided or the quality of the machine I was advised to purchase. I am however very grateful that my file has been transferred.

Consistently excellent service. Very knowledgeable about all isdues related to SLEEP APNEA. Always helpful, fruendly and professional. I woukd stop going there if I got "the attitude" that says "this is routine for me and boring". Great sense of humour and personable. They have my full confidence after 15 years withchallenging health problems. They really care.

Called them up after surgery and had all the assistive devices by the end of the day. Later I needed another walker for the second floor and had it delivered within hours. Good service!
