We are so grateful we chose Alliance Patient Transfer for our mother's medical transfer from hospital to her new retirement home 2.5 hours away. Amelia and Chris were prompt, warm, friendly, professional, competent and fully engaged from the moment we met them until our mother safely arrived in her new home. Very professional staff. The arrangements for my mom on 2 different occasions were done quickly and efficiently. No difficulties in the patient transfer, efficient and timely. I have 100 per cent faith in this Patient Transfer company and I will definitely use them any time I require this type of service. Our son had an appointment at the hospital following two very serious surgeries, and there was no way he could get into a car or van on his own. He required a patient transfer to make the transition from home to hospital as pain free and easy as possible. His partner called Alliance Patient Transfer to help her get him to the hospital safely, and thank goodness they did. The transfer was seamless and made all the difference in the world.
