Poor experience. Clinic is located in a dingy and dated mall which the security guard led me to. The office of same calibre as were the medical interventions — sought treatment for foot pain/new orthotics post surgery and was severely worsened by the adjustments made (cushioning added to orthotics & exercises recommended). Called the clinic to indicate same & Dr called stating I should remove half the cushioning. Still a problem. Sought a second option in Toronto by Dr Paul Leszner who remediated quickly and effectively with an examination and computer generated data to create new/effective orthotics. Stay clear of this place!

My experience was great. The receptionist was very helpful with the form's needed. Bruce was very knowledgeable and taught me a few thing's on how to keep my foot healthy. He answered all of my questions and one's I never thought of. I would recommend Bruce to my family and everyone. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

When the Doctor's first email address was FootGuy@ you know you are in the right place. Dr. Bates has evolved over the twenty plus years, but still provides great care and useful advise. Worth waiting for an appointment.

I have foot doc-surfed trying to find someone to help solve a 6-month challenge with plantar fasciitis, among other issues. Dr Bates stood out in his remarkable ability to assess the core issue - while helping me to immediately reduce the chronic pain in my foot. He’s a bit of a MacGyver - and oh-so-practical. Highly recommend!

I've traveled outside of Belleville to go to other clinics until I noticed this spot. Unbelievable. From an educational stand point you will have a mental boom go off. Super friendly and truly outstanding professionalism. Had an ingrown nail on both feet, fixed them with no pain.
