My wife has been in emergency waiting room for the past 6 hours, and still over 8 people ahead of her to be seen by a doctor, this is the healthcare we get in Canada, it's extremely slow and to be honest garbage comparison to other countries with free health care, it's not actually free with how much Canadian people are paying in taxes that the government sending overseas for other countries that have absolutely nothing to do with Canada and it's people!!! Canadians need to wake up!!!

I've had 2 MRI appointments in the last 2 months and both times it was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Both times they took me in early and I was actually out of there a few minutes after my actual scheduled time. All members of the staff from the reception to the technician in training and her supervisor were wonderful. These days we don't hear to many positive stories about our health care systems so I wanted so much to share my excellent experience. Just wish I had remembered names but if you were on duty March 7th from 5pm to 6:30pm Thank you 😊

Can't specifically talk about the care, but the hospital has too few parking spaces and makes it so you can't park anywhere near the hospital. I am a senior citizen and cancer survivor. Had to walk from a street about 2km away. I find it amazing that the situation here with parking is worse than hospitals in downtown Toronto! What an accomplishment!

I've been to the ER twice since July, and yesterday for day surgery (shout out to post op nurse who got me a much needed coffee).Every visit I felt listened to and was well cared for. Fantastic compassionate staff. I hear they have a new care coordinator, they are doing a great job.
I've been to many other hospitals, this was a refreshing first.

I’m giving one star only to your triage lady working on Feb 13,2025 at 7am. Her mannerism and dismissing attitude is disgusting!! The way she talked to me not even looking me in the eye. The nurse that took my temp and blood pressure looked scared of her. The nurse starting squeezing my fingertips asking if I could feel it than asking me if I could move them, I said no. She says to the nurse she’s fine she moved her finger when you put the clip on to take her blood pressure which I didn’t the nurse had to hold my finger up. She has no empathy and should not be healthcare with that attitude!! I could understand if I was rude or giving her a hard time but I’m not like that I was very polite!! She however was not!! She seems like a bully and walks like one too!! Unacceptable behaviour perhaps if she doesn’t like her job or people for that matter she should find another job!!

During the week the staff is great. Depending on the nurse your assigned for the day they can be super compassionate or treat your love one like a test dummy. On the weekend it’s like pulling teeth to get a nurse to a respond to a call bell. And during the shift change the chaos is insane. The “semi” private rooms are a sheet hanging between two beds. So if one person is up in the room talking to someone, everyone else is going to be forced to be awake as well. Hard for people to get rest.

The surgeons, emergency doctors, nurses and staff did an incredible job helping my aunt out while she was there. They were very patient, timely and had no problem keep an open line of communication. It's difficult to say this is always the case with every kind of issue but they deserve the stars at least this point in time.
