Awsome place .. staff are amazing and I guess I could say it's good place for ur health and safety... daughter had our granddaughter here and all the nurses and triage were just Amazing and compassionate... loved it ...10 stars .. and 5 more for there awesomeness!!!!!

I needed to visit BGH for a major eye infection and when I arrived at the ER I was triaged and registered in 20 mins and instructed to wait to be called. The display monitor indicated a 3.5 hour wait to get into the ER and as most know, the unfortunate state of our healthcare. I was called into the ER in roughly 3 hours after registration and remember they call based on urgency not first come and over the next 6 hours I was examined, sent for a CT Scam, diagnosed, treated with 3 antibiotics, prescribed a prescription and given an appointment for an eye specialist, yes 9 hours total but the results were well worth it. Now, because I had a specialist appointment the next morning they could not admit me which required me to go through it all again the next day with treatments 12 hours apart and the following 3 or 4 days with treatments 12 hours apart and due to lack of available beds it was exhausting for two days going back and forth. Luckily, on the 3rd day after the ER wait and discussion with ER nurses and doctors they were able to admit me to a room. I was in the hospital receiving 3 antibiotics twice a day, bloodwork and medical updates over 3.5 days until release on the 4th day at noon. Yes, my first two days were a royal pain however, the nurses and doctors from my initial visit until my release from the hospital was exceptional. I could have been upset with the waits and taken it out on the staff but we need to realize our medical staff are overworked and short staffed. I would love to post everyones name and thank them all but that is totally impossible so thank you BGH.

Good staff and support. hospital is always very busy sometime have to wait 8-10 in emergency so not good for people in need quick visit.

Staff at this hospital suck. More worried about security than the people. Hospital should hire more doctors less security and care about patients. Worst hospital staff I have ever seen. At least in emergency triage. Once your in staff are better.

I've been seen in the emergency department and the wait wasn't bad. Been to multiple departments and have been pleased with all the services I've received.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very impressed with this hospital

Google maps worked great till I exited elevator. Then I'm standing there looking lost. Mrs. Google could not show me which direction even . A passing staff member promptly told me nearest out. I exited the building way across from where I entered and walked around the front thru the pay parking to find my ride at the front entrance.

Saw doctor, got xray and ultrasound and were done by 3:30pm
I consider this to ve very reasonable
