Went to see Dr. Ardi to treat my knees which are arthritic abd damaged from hockey.
He has done an awesome job so far. My knees are less painful and that is only after 2 appointments.

Stef Cross is such an amazing Massage therapist I recommend anyone looking for a massage to book in with her. sometimes it is hard to get in with her but well worth the wait once you do and I recommend booking in with her for a hot stones massage. It's like a mini Vacation when you get a Massage from Stef.

Just finished my first session with Dr.Bardwell and it was amazing! It was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and he took his time, was patient and explained everything along the way. I was comfortable and felt great after leaving. He showed me some stretches that would help my condition and taught me how to fix my posture. Very helpful and would highly recommend him!!
