This place is awesome! Would have never thought to stop here, but my wife heard a lot of good things so we went to try it on our first date night in a LONG time. Did not regret our decision! I had the Tuscan Sausage Cavatappi and it was absolutely delicious. My wife loved her ravioli and the sauce. Will definitely come back to try out more on the menu!

We went here on a Tuesday night for our anniversary. The food was excellent with big portions. The owner Scott is extremely personable. It's clear his business was hit hard during the pandemic. #supportlocal

I had the seafood risotto which was delicious and my husband had the lamb shank. He didn't even need a knife to remove the meat from the bone, it just fell off the bone. We strongly recommend this quaint local business.

Please. "DO NOT " enter this place. I will suggest you go to the gas station and buy Little Caesar's pizza much better quality.

Also the cook has no matters and very disrespectful and to toped up..... One of the waitress hit my car with her door leaving a scratch, saw her when she did it.. she said sorry which is the minimum. But laughed and went inside. Not recommended at all.

Came out for a birthday dinner with family and I must say I was very impressed.

They did an excellent job renovating this place. Like night and day compared to the previous restaurant that was there.

Our waitress was excellent. On top of everything and very friendly (all the staff were).

I ordered the soup and warm spinach salad.
The soup was like a tomato, red pepper soup (can't remember the name) ...it was very hearty ... Absolutely delicious.

The warm spinach salad was also a great choice .... I added a chicken breast to it. Was not disappointed. My other family members ordered various dishes from pasta to salmon and everything was perfect. Not one complaint (& we are an Italian family .... We love our pasta & home made sauce). You can taste the freshness and quality that was put into each dish. Also the portions were very generous. You won't be disappointed.

The chef/owner came out towards the end and introduced himself which was very classy.

I was very pleased with my first visit to this restaurant and I will definitely be eating here again. I'm looking forward to trying something else on the menu 👍

A little late in posting but wanted to share that we called to order take out last Friday night and the grills were off and the chef was on the way out the door. I said not to worry and we’d eat there another time. He said he’d be happy to whip up a couple of pastas for us and he’d have them ready in 15 minutes, which he did. The food was delicious including two pasta dishes, chicken Parmesan, vegetables, and bruschetta. He went above and beyond to put a meal together for us even though he was done for the night. We can’t thank him enough. I know he is struggling with keeping/finding staff and getting customers. I really hope he can keep his excellent restaurant going in our little town. Hats to Bistro Barolo! Thank you.

We had a wonderful dinner here last week. The Barolo salad was delicious, and presented beautifully. No shortage of seafood in the linguine. The lamb shank was tender and tasty, and the potatoes and veg were cooked to perfection. The servings are well proportioned. In other words, we didn't leave hungry!

The chef came out from the kitchen to make sure everything was ok with the meal, and was happy to talk about ingredients and his preparation. How often do you get that kind if service? Also, the wait staff were friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. We will definitely be back.

Hadn’t been to this restaurant location in years as I hadn’t realized it had changed hands (wasn’t thrilled with food from previous owners). Today after discovering about the new ownership we ordered the bruschetta, Caesar salad, veal parmigiana, and seafood linguine. Both people I dealt with were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. We are very much looking forward to our next meal from there and also look forward to the return of in-house dining. Admittedly it’s an odd location to find such delicious high quality food but walk through the door..... it’s well worth it.

This bistro was highly recommend so we decided to try it out. Very happy we did. Excellent meal, super nice owners/staff. Lamb shank was first rate as well the best chicken parmigiana ever. Can’t wait to go back.
