No idea what all these reviews are on about, Dr. Ruby has been a solid doctor, doesn't keep you waiting forever, straight to the point and very capable in her job. I've gone to her over the last few years for some health issues along with regular checkups and she has been very proactive with managing things. Reception is also great!

The only thing good about that clinic is the doctor. I really like Dr.Ruby for her diligence and patience while listening to my concerns. I really appreciate her for skill and experience. However, The administration staff is absolutely unprofessional. They never send prescription on time. They do not send prompt emails and are very bad with their correspondence. Also, the clinic timings and the availability of the doctor for appointments could be improved. Clinic should be open at least on Saturday so we can collect our prescription and get or health concerns checked.

Dr. Saggar is the rudest & arrogant lady I have ever seen in my life. My family doctor passed away so somebody recommended her so I decided to reach her. First visit wasn't that good then I decided to give her more chances & as per my expectation, she drastically failed. She is not ever nice with small kids.She never smiles. My list is too long. I'm not going to her ever again. Normally I don't give my reviews anywhere but her attitude forced me to do that. Please consider someone else if you looking for doctor. She doesn't worth it at all. Totally worse experience. System doesn't allow me to give her no star at all. So I m giving her one star. Don't count it.

Dr Ruby Saggar is not a very good doctor. I went in with 10 stitches on my hand, hoping to get pain killers and to get my wsib form signed but she refused to do either. She also told me I don’t need anything for pain. I went straight to the hospital and they prescribed me 3 different medications and wrote me off work for a month. The staff is also unorganized and have a negative attitude. Expect a long wait and leaving the office with no help from the doctor or her team.

Doctor is very nice , I wouldn't change her.

But then the support staff will tell me that I did not cancel an appointment whereas I will keep on calling them.

NO Email id to correspond.

The chances of Mr, PM picking up my call to help, are better than the support staff 😉
