They really gave hard time to my husband who was very sick. The young lady sitting there refused to fax his prescription to the pharmacy asking for fax no. Which they already had while my husband’s phone was dead I witnessed them sending the prescription to the same pharmacy several times without asking fax no., you don’t help people like this by filtering your favourites. He booked 1 appointment their system is at fault which booked 3 different appointments they accused him of that and intentionally ignored his request for fax and made him wait for 2 hours over it didn’t answer his questions. These people have the least work as compare to the other clinics are always fully staffed still lazy to do the things while sitting on the chair. You are suppose to help people without judgement and give them benefit of doubt if you know what I mean. This review is only for the staff. Please get your software checked.

If I can give a no star I would. Called to make a follow up appointment because that’s what I was advised with one of the receptionist a few days ago, a lady receptionist answered this time and already sounded so hostile and gave me attitude on the phone. She was absolutely no help at all.… the follow up appointment is for my shoulder which restricts me to drive and yet. She told me to physically come to the clinic to only book the appointment

Dr. Sachdeva is very knowledgeable doctor and provides super care. Online appointments system is marvelous I booked it 2 hours before and came out of clinic in just 15 minutes good job Brampton East Medical 👏

The Receptionist at this clinic are incredibly rude and unhelpful, completely disregarding my concerns and they don’t know how to talk to patient at all. Poor attitude receptionists!!!

Dr. Jaspal dulku is very good and he talks to patients very nicely. According to my experience he is one of best doctor. Highly recommend and thanks for your efforts.

Worst experiemce ever. No rules , Totally unorganised system. They will give you 15 minutes waiting time and them they will exte d your waiting time upto 2-3 hours. They do't have any atiquate to talk to patient.

This facility is quite disorganized, and the wait times are excessive. Since Dr. Jaspaul Dalku's departure, the only commendable doctors remaining are Dr. Pranay Chander and Dr. Ashok Sachdeva. Unfortunately, Dr. Lisha Chander's demeanor is unprofessional and discourteous; during my first and only visit, she insisted on discussing only one issue despite my three-hour wait, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the receptionists are often unresponsive, making it challenging to reach anyone by phone, and the waiting area is less than ideal. On a positive note, Dr. Pranay and Dr. Sachdeva are exceptional doctors who genuinely care for their patients, and I wholeheartedly recommend seeing them.

Worst medical service. Wait for a half an hour even after having an appointment . N then doctor seems like in a hurry as always and talk to u like for a minute and ask to discuss fast and for single issue. Wishing luck to people still getting medical services here. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
