I recently visited Brampton Urgent Care Clinic and had an exceptional experience. The doctor and staff were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt well cared for, and the team took the time to listen to my concerns and address them thoroughly. The doctor’s expertise and the staff’s kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I’m truly grateful for the top-notch care I received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.

I had a terrible experience at this urgent care clinic with my mom, who had fallen on ice and was bleeding near her eye. We waited for over two hours while my mom was profusely bleeding, and the front desk staff were completely unprofessional. There were no nurses available at this location, and the staff didn’t seem to understand what should be prioritized. Patients were coming and going, yet we were still waiting, and the procedure room was "not free" yet. The front desk kept saying it’s "first come, first serve," but it’s clear they don’t know what an emergency is.

To make things worse, the front desk staff refused to tell us their names at first, which is completely unacceptable. After insisting, we were finally told their names: Anmol and Jeni Shah. Both were rude and showed no customer service skills whatsoever. I’m not even sure what qualifications they have to be working there.

The doctor was the only positive part of this experience – they were kind and professional. However, the front desk staff, who don’t even wear name tags, need serious training in both professionalism and basic customer service. We have every right to know who is helping us, and it’s incredibly frustrating that they didn’t care about that. I really hope someone looks into this, as it’s completely unacceptable to treat patients this way.

Worst Experience ever.
I walked in thinking I would get the help I needed instead the doctor walked out on me.
Dr Thasvir Gayapershad is his name.
I told the doctor my issues and he was being very rude and unprofessional. I asked him a few questions and voiced my concerns and he walked out on me saying i'm lying and he doesn't believe me & he told me not to come back.
He gave me my prescription within 3 seconds of him seeing me, After questioning my concerns he made me pull out my phone and google my own symptoms, he did not like me asking questions of my concern.
He continuously spoke in a rude tone and told me I had to pay for my visit.
Do not go here.

I’ve been coming here ever since I’ve moved to Brampton and these people are super nice! They always try their best to help figure out what the issue is. I used to come weekly at one point for almost a year for injections and they all recognize me and know me by my name without having to show my health card at first. The doctors are super understanding but I especially love ALL the nurses here!! Amazing women! They work so hard both the nurses and doctors. They never make you feel less than, they always listen to my problems and help to find a solution. They’re all so sympathetic to me and have an amazing amount of patience dealing with so many people all the time , especially when they’re super busy and packed I’m always in within less than 1 hour . They always greet me with huge smiles on their face and a wave even sometimes , my personal experience here has been nothing positive vibes and bubbly energy with the nurses and doctors and were always laughing even when I’m in a lot of pain which I really appreciate! I often visit Brampton Urgent Care Centre with my family and usually see one of the front desk staff on Sundays. She is always kind, professional, and attentive, which I truly appreciate. This time, I came on a Saturday during rush hour and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. Both girls at the front desk were welcoming, efficient, and patient, even with the busy crowd. Their excellent service made a stressful situation much easier to manage!

Went to this location with my son we were referred to this clinic to see the specialist for a cast. Believing this doctor is a professional we waited for about an hour to see him. When were triaged in a room someone walked in and started looking a the computer. I didn't know who this person they didn't say "hi"... good afternoon.. nothing I thought that was so rude and strange. Once I realized this is the doctor I said Hello he didn't even say anything. Then he went straight into asking oh how did they happen to your wrist and when did this happen? After all that we were told to go to sick kid hospital to get a cast and fix the bone in his wrist. ( short story)
Now 11:33pm leaving sick kids hospital he didn't even need a cast he only had a bad sprain. What the he'll
The Healthcare system waste peoples time and it's hard to believe what the professional tell you. After leaving work today to just to be told hey go the hospital what a waste of time. Maybe next time you get a referral from another office LOOK at the images BEFORE to ensure you can help the patient and give them medical care not just swipe people's Healthcared and do NOTHING.
I would never recommend this location to anyone the doctor I seen he didn't even introduce himself nothing what kind of doctor are you. People like you that call yourself a doctor and go their as the specialist you have truly lost your compassion . What a shame!!!!!!! Most specialist check first if you are even a candidate to be seen... you got paid and did nothing.

This place is the worst walk in clinic I've ever been to. They absolutely don't care about anyone who's in pain. It's just so sad. Please go to other places to save yourself time.

I visit this walk-in clinic often, and the service is always amazing. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The doctors are great and really listen to your concerns. I’ve had a good experience every time I come here. I highly recommend this clinic
