Rudest customer server I've ever experienced. Also they rarely answer the phone and it often takes a day or two to reply. If your doctor suggests this place tell them you'd want to use Trenton Diagnostics instead which is much more professional.

Avoid this clinic. Very rude customer service, and they somehow don't hear what the patient or medical doctor has to say. They advised that we see you every 3 years, even when we explained that blind pressure went up, maybe due to a recent cold virus, and that I'm experiencing dizziness (not vertigo, that was caused by to high a dosage of betablockers 5 years ago) when driving.
A truly bad office.

Took our son to have a holter monitor put on. Was greeted very kindly and promptly by a lovely woman at reception. Our son commented on how kind & informative the woman who put it on was…he was very stressed about this & the staff made it so much more relaxing!

Very nice staff. Very good physicians. But, if you are 45 minutes behind on booked appointments 60 minutes after opening, you are booking too tightly. The waiting room needs 1 Surgically Clean Air Jade device for all the waiting people. Just 1, and it will make it much safer!
We appreciate our medical staff but don't see even one wearing a good quality mask!

Booked appointment for stress test, arrived 5 min. early and was greeted promptly by reception. Test was performed immediately after that, maybe 40 min for whole process. Personable, professional staff answered all questions, making this a great experience under the circumstances of my visit.

My mother saw Dr. Catherine Link and wasn't treated like a valued patient. Instead, she felt rushed by a doctor who seemed unconcerned. My mother had waited months to see Dr. Link after a cardiac episode, and the advice the doctor gave was essentially to keep taking her meds and "take it easy." Then the doctor gave my mom a hard time when asked to renew her heart-related prescriptions! I suppose treating patients with the bare minimum of care and compassion is considered status quo in this failure of a health care system.

All good, my Doctor has the best attitude ever and is an all round good person, that beside the fact they saved my life. The whole place is very well runned and always caring and pleasant. That is saying a lot for a medical practice these post-Covid days... Right?
