Several phone calls, tried to book an appointment for ear problems, had to book a Zoom call first. (POST COVID) When I finally managed to see him, was told he was not my Doctor. Blessings tho because I found a great doctor. One who cares and has a great bedside manner. Dr. Arham is not a professional.

I’m just going to repeat the other reviews. The receptionists are unbelievably inconsiderate and rude. I had a phone appointment scheduled with Dr. Arham and didn’t receive the call. When I called the office to ask why I haven’t received the call I was told that it was my fault, this has never happened before, and it’s not their problem. Additionally, doctor had left for the day already, it was 1pm! When I book phone appointments I am extra careful to make sure I don’t miss the call, I’ve made the appointment for a reason so I want and need to speak to the doctor. Why would I intentionally not answer? Absolutely ridiculous! The medical system here sucks so bad, I can’t even find another doctor!

Their front desk staff are extremely unprofessional and give out wrong information. I had sent in a form to become a patient. I called to ask if I was accepted and was told I was and that I had a file there. I just needed to wait for the doctor to call me. Wait a month, call them back, they said she will call me. Wait another month, call back, same thing they tell me to wait and she will call. I call a third time, the receptionist told me I’m not a patient and just because I have a file there didn’t mean they accepted me as a patient. The strung me along for months thinking I had a doctor. Seems like if you’re not sick or hurt enough or not going to make them a lot money, they don’t want to take you on. The last lady I spoke to was super rude.

Dr. H Rubab is wonderful. Kind, sensitive, caring and efficient. Her receptionist is polite, kind and does a good job. We are so thankful for them.

I appreciate the time Dr. Arham gives us to investigate complicated medical conditions, and that he is always available for truly urgent care. His staff went out of their way to help us.

DID YOU KNOW that if you don't regularly visit your family doctor (even if you haven't been sick) they will drop you as a patient? I recently called since I needed medical treatment and was told they dropped me as a patient, since I haven't made an appointment in a few years. After a 2 day wait, I was told I could not even be put back on as a patient. Dr. Heffner had been my family doctor since I was a little kid in 1994. He is also all of my extended family's doctor. I was not even given a phone call or an email or any sort of message that I would be terminated as a patient. So now I don't have a family doctor. THANKS!!! You may notice if you read a few of the other reviews of this clinic that they all complain about the receptionist. They are completely valid. Completely apathetic and rude. When you call a doctors office you don't expect them to be so cold. I asked if she was sure she spelled my name right, and she said, "I know how to spell"... I'm thinking, my last name? ok lady. She said that she has been with the clinic for 10 years and doesn't recognize my name... SO? Why is she gatekeeping me from seeking medical attention? Why is she gaslighting me when I call the doctors office? Not professional at all. She should treat everyone as if it were her own mother calling. She made me feel ashamed for calling the doctor.

I asked Dr. Arham twice for a basic medical checkup which was refused each time because I “didn’t need to worry about that yet” as I was only in my late twenties, this was shortly after my mom had passed from cancer. I had been a patient of his prior to him joining this clinic and now when I tried to book an appointment I’m being told I’m not a patient of his. No explanation given as to why I’m no longer his patient but I will not be returning to this clinic. Quite disappointed.

I am so thankful for Dr Heffner. I have been so fortunate to have him as my doctor since the 90’s. He is amazing, professional and hilarious! Thank you for your years of service to your patients.
I’ve seen other postings on here about the staff and such.. food for thought.. do you know how much they deal with? Just go in, sit and wait your turn! Be thankful you have a clinic to go to so they can care for your health. You don’t need to have them love you and make friends. Just know that they are taking on an incredible load of upset, unwell and worried patients.
They are dealing with the intense side of healthcare where they hear about how long they have to wait. Be thankful you have a doctor to wait for as others are not so damn lucky! Keep striving to do your best staff! I know and I hope more like me know how hard your job can be!
Cheers!
Lisa ❤️
