EDIT: I wanted to follow up after speaking with Nancy Hamilton, and her colleagues. She truly made sure that my mothers concerns were heard and took this review and the incidents that lead to it very seriously. I feel much more hopeful about utilizing their services as they were very concerned, and wanted to ensure we received the support and services we need. I want to ensure that her efforts are recognized as it is important to be help accountable by both parties.

This is the most EMBARRASSING, Judgmental, under qualified organization I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’ve never ever felt the need to review an organization and find out who to report professionals too until this place. They’ve done nothing but close cases without mutual agreement when there was still a significant problem. They’ve also quit due to their inability to come up with more than one technique and solution to a problem as well as asking to choose between children and refusing to provide surfaces “while the trauma was still present”. As someone who utilizes adult mental health services and who is in the special education / disability field I am appalled at the services here. I’m quite honestly so concerned for every single person who utilizes these services. I truly hope that Belleville gets better services because this is not it. This does not have the best interests of the child or family in need. They do the bare minimum and suggest the same 3 techniques. I have done more for the child in their care as a family member then they have. Special shout-out to Krista, Warren and Maria for being truly truly awful. I’m embarrassed that you guys all yourself professionals. The other professionals we’ve spoken to all agree this organizations is harmful and disgusting and do not know what their speaking about. I apologize for everyone who has no other choice but to utilize this organization.
Furthermore after reviewing the statements of child centred services it is clear that this location is in complete contrast of the overall organization.

I contacted Childrens Mental Health when we learned my husband had pancreatic cancer, the councler worked with my son through the whole process right until 3 month after he passed away. It was one of the best desisions I have ever made.

Our family used Children's Mental health services after my ex and I separated. They made the process a lot less bumpy for my oldest and the transition from one home to twos was a lot easier on him.

Does not even care much when I called and spoke to them about a problem at hand..said a intake could be set up for in 6 week than after that would take 5 mths to get an apt for a child ? No other help was given..

I asked if there was any more help outside them and she claims that in this area that there are the only ones..

Child’s mental heath does not seem to be a problem in there eyes?

Wow it’s sad...

Let’s hope in time we can get kids the true help they need ....
