Government funded for profit organization.

They bought the building I’ve been renting in 3 years ago, I’ve been requesting maintenance for my stairs since then (old landlord was in process of fixing)

Everytime I ask about it “waiting on the contractors”

They are absolute slumlords. They been buying up all the properties in timmins and renting/rescaling for profit. And the Mayor is the head of Cdssab, so there’s one conflict of interest, and she has been responsible for turning Timmins into junkie paradise. But that’s how u get property prices down so you can flip them.

They are worse than loan shark's. No chance for someone to get ahead. They charge you interest on money that you are not receiving. I do not recommend them for the assistance in a down payment for a home

The staff is really helpful. They are always able to answer your questions and if they cannot they can atleast direct you the right way.

Crooked place. Made me homeless and didnt allow me to get my belongings from the home. Cant get a bed as "ive exceeded discretionary allowance"
