It was an extremly seamless process. There was little to no wait. The reception staff were very fast and efficient and quite understanding of my situation. Additinally Dr. Okoli was very helpful and addressed my concerns very quickly and was able to provide me with resources. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for efficient and effective medical service

Whoever the receptionist was on the phone was completely rude. The website was unclear about the booking for walk-ins and yet I was told “I should read.” I did, and now I’m told this is the case despite it being unclear? To the receptionist, do better with your customer service skills. I can’t say about whether or not the doctors are nice or not but this is mainly targeted at the female receptionist.

I come to this clinic to see Dr. Peralta, who is such an empathetic and caring doctor. She sets things up so that there is always a proper follow up whether in-person or phone call. Before I used to wait two months to see my family doctor and I used to think that was the norm, but Dr. Peralta and her team has made me realize otherwise—and I’m truly grateful! The admin team is also a group of caring individuals. I often see them offering to help moms with fussy young kids, which I’m sure is going above and beyond! The clinic itself is also very clean and modern. I highly recommend this place for both walk-in and family medicine.

We are so lucky to have found this clinic. I was in need of a family doctor for nyself and my son, eho turned 18 and could no longer see his pediatrician. The ladies at reception, Anoosha and Sukhpreet, always welcoe you with a big smile making you feel at ease from the moment you step in the clinic. Place is clean and not crowded. Unfortunatley, Anoosha is jo longer there but Sukhpreet assists you in a warm and polite manner. Thank you for being a special team!!!

The reception staff and nurse staff are by far the friendliest and most efficient I have ever seen. The wait time at the office is VERY acceptable. Dr. Kapacee is also one of the best family physicians I have been to.
