When asking the receptionist how much longer the wait is after already waiting 2 hours after a scheduled appointment, she tells me that she can’t control the doctor and proceeds to open the door of an occupied room with the doctor in it and yells that a patient is waiting. I understand a doctors job is to see and diagnose patients so they’re occupied, but the scheduling is the receptionists job.

This was after standing for a few minutes in front of the desk waiting for the receptionist to get off her own personal iPhone she was on call with.

To really exhibit incompetency when confirming a future appointment booked previously, I was informed that the doctor doesn’t work on that day, and had to reschedule to another day.

If it weren’t for our family doctor being here a walk in clinic would be 10x faster

I am writing this review specifically for Tehsina, the Physician Assistant. I have been visiting this clinic for years, and Tehsina has consistently provided exceptional professional service. She is incredibly gentle with children and always listens and addresses concerns with patience and care.

Horrible experience. This place is a joke no point of booking an appointment they don’t value your time, it takes minimum an hour to see the doctor for a 5 min consultation. The receptionist is very unprofessional definitely no customer service experience. I highly recommend you choose a different medical centre location.

I went on a Saturday i had my appointment booked. There is this person who's always there on the weekend. I hate going there on the weekends because of her. I sat there for 2 hours my appt was for 12.20pm i went in the room at 2 . Also i have notice that lady on the front desk she always putting her own culture people in first . Shes super rude and she has an attitude on her. When i asked for doctor she first went in to talk to doctor and started telling her a story and making herself look innocent but when i spoke to doctor i told her what i needed . And then when i went back to her she got so mad at me. I would highly recommend going there only on weekdays when there are different ladies working there. I dont know her name but i highly recommend that dr fariha should get rid of her. Otherwise everyone else over there are great. Good doctors other stuff. Just this one person is not good at all

If a zero-star rating were possible, that is what I would have selected. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. We visit this clinic solely for Dr. Ali; the rest of the staff demonstrates a clear lack of consideration for patients’ conditions.

As much I love Dr. F Khan for being a great patient. Their service is very slow regardless if you have an appointment or not. With or without the appointment be prepared to wait. I had to wait 1 hr and 20 mins for Dr, Altough I had an appt. They are whether been greedy booking more patients than they can handle at a time. The wait time after an appt. is an easy fix by dividing patients with appt. and walk in for different time of the days.

Their front desk staff is helpful expect their newest receptionist. She has been there for almost a year and has no interest in helping. She talks with a grumpy face and is always willing to dismiss your concerns.

If it wasn't for Dr. Khan I would have been long gone being a patient at this clinic.

Well it's like any other medical clinic in the GTA. Staff are generally friendly and cooperative. Medical staff are good knowledgeable professionals BUT there's no regard for the patients' time! They will give you an appointment when you call but that doesn't mean a whole lot!

Be prepared to wait upward of an hour even when you have an appointment. I wish they would try, just try, to see the patients with appointments first. I mean it's called appointment for a reason.

Other than that, it's good location and also has easy inside access to a pharmacy.

I highly recommend Copper Ridge Medical Centre, and I especially want to express my gratitude to Dr. Tahsinah for her outstanding care and professionalism. I look forward to continuing my healthcare journey with this wonderful team!
