Culligan introduced a coffee service in the past year or so, so we signed up to try them. It's been fantastic for us. They carry Keurig commercial machines and we have one in our showroom. There are lots of flavours and brands to choose from and our customers appreciate the opportunity to grab a coffee while they shop.
We used to deal with a company out of Ottawa and their service was sporadic at best.
Ashley has been fantastic to deal with and is always prompt and timely with our deliveries.
If you're looking for a local coffee service, I'd recommend giving them a try.

Had a great meeting with Andy to help us better understand how to maintain our Culligan System when our sulfur well levels fluctuate so much. He is an awesome teacher and we definitely needed remedial help as we had no idea that we were not maintaining our system properly. Thanks, Andy, for your helpful explanations.

Culligan really steps up when it comes to to community. When asked for water for my cadet’s weekend exercise, they did not hesitate to help out. 15x20L containers just so the kids could stay hydrated with fresh, refreshing Culligan water. If I could give more stars, I would.

I am happy with the water softener, its installation, and its performance. However, I purchased the unit after being assured we could have a separate (kitchen?) non-softened, original (hard) spring water tap, for drinking. This wasn't able, in the end, to be done by Culligan, as it would have required a trip into our crawlspace. Had I known that, I wouldn't have purchased the water softener in the first place. A lot of money spent for results I was not expecting.

We have scheduled multiple service calls for our rented water softener and every single one nobody shows up. Terrible service. My appliances and taps are damaged from the hard water. I’m furious.

Bought. a water softener from these people Six years ago Bought it on a payment plan Just found out the payment plan was for like over 15 years. And was just watching w 5 see scams SC.
Am in the homeowner. Just letting you know to make sure you look at your contract. And you're not getting yourself into something that you don't know.

Hey there, can’t say enough about our whole experience. Alex was awesome explaining everything to me. Collin and Tyler were excellent with the installation, but I also want to say really great guys. All 3 of your staff were also very courteous and patient answering the many questions that my 34 year old Down Syndrome son had for each of them. 🤗 ❤️ and me of course.
Most importantly our water doesn’t stink anymore and our skin and hair are lovely and soft. 👍
