After 14+ years of use I decided to replace my JD D130 with a new S130. I shopped around (including the big box stores) then finally contacted Haley at Deerhaven in Belleville. She put together a great deal for me and even suggested a price I could sell my older machine for. I drove up from Kingston to pick-up my S130 and they had it full of gas and ready to go. Haley even loaded it onto my trailer and gave me a new JD Deerhaven hat. The store was bright and clean and "dog" friendly. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase and my transaction with Deerhaven.

While parts and service aren’t cheap, the quality and longevity make it worth every dollar. If you can manage pickup/drop-off yourself, you’ll save a good chunk too. A trusted partner for long-term equipment care.

I’ve got to hand it to the guys at deerhaven, Monty and Joe are top notch! I went to buy my son a new Klim snow suit and there were way to many options, when you’re a kid “ moms opinion” doesn’t matter! Over the phone Joe took the time to size some O-rings for my Polaris 500 - helping me out with a workaround for the leaky carburetor so I didn’t have to commit to a rebuild kit or an expensive new carb.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen on the Polaris side. The employees that work Polaris parts are entitled and ignorant. Its my local dealer so I have gave them the benefit of the doubt way to many times. Make the drive and go to Wayne’s world in Bancroft! Will be worth your while.
