I am disappointed with the service at East Side Clinic. After submitting my registration form and inquiring about payment, the secretary insisted I transfer money to an account unrelated to the clinic. When I asked about receiving a proper receipt, she ignored me and focused on her studies. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I was eventually informed that the doctor had left without any effort to reschedule or offer an alternative. The clinic’s poor customer service and lack of professionalism are unacceptable.

We were looking for a new family doctor for myself, my husband and our 2 young children after moving to Hamilton. We had 2 appointments for our new baby: the first we waited an hour past our appointment time before seeing the doctor, the second was this morning at 10:40am and no one showed up to the office. We will not be returning to this medical clinic. Complete waste of time.

Fantastic clinic and Dr. Itua Iriogbe is a fantastic family doctor, probably the best I’ve had. He has listened to all my concerns, provided prompt referrals and investigations on health concerns I’ve had, and is the first doctor in 5 years to actually take my low iron seriously and actually take steps to helping me solve that. He was able to provide in clinic iron infusions that changed my life and I’m so grateful. My partner also switched to this doctor and we’ve both been more than happy and grateful to finally have a family doctor we can rely on and trust that our concerns will be taken seriously.

Would rate lower if I could. Only been signed up with this clinic for less than a year. Had a few appointments with a Dr. bassey. Constantly waited hours for appointments as well. Often times you would have an appointment and the doctor had not even showed up yet. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer your phone call as well. I showed up recently to inquire about an appointment because I could not reach anyone and was told my doctor is no longer there and would need to contact him or service Canada to be released and then sign up with a new doctor. Who is also fully booked. Unprofessional and no organization at this clinic.

Dr. Itua Iriogbe's staff is never in office during office hours to answer the phone so good luck booking an appointment.. once you do get an appointment the doctor doesn't listen to your concerns and dismisses your requests. To top it off when you voice your request to get a new doctor they apparently will charge you a fee (ILLEGAL) to transfer your documents. avoiding this place would be great for your mental health

Excellent and very professional service. I was a walk-in and the waiting time was really short even without an appointment. Dr. Barbara Atse was very good at explaining everything to me, and David, the pharmacist, provided excellent customer service and a great explanation about the medication I was prescribed. Best clinic in the City.

Dr. Thukral at this clinic is amazing. Her professionalism and excellent knowledge is well coupled with her beautiful smile and charming way of speaking. She is very respectful and is non-judgmental, even in her body language. Her patient and kind demeanor makes me feel comfortable and less anxious about my health problems. And she is able to explain highly complex medical information in a simple way which I can understand. The clinic itself is also good as they have a pharmacy and the friendly staff makes sure I am taken care of whether I have any questions or for booking appointments. They don't rush me. Just the unfortunate thing about this nice clinic is that they don't have their own parking. The nearest one is right behind, which is great, but it's still a bit of a walk and it's paid.

This review is for Dr. Sonika Thukral and reception staff.

The reception staff seemed friendly and polite. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and had no issues in that regard.

Dr. Sonika was very thoughtful, patient and didn't rush through the appointment. She asked a lot of important questions, she was thorough and was able to clearly answer my questions too. She was very nice and it was overall a good experience.

I can't speak for any of the other doctors at this medical clinic but Dr. Sonika and the office staff were great.
