Jim (boss man) who runs this store is very well educated in the whole water world. He came to our place and not only diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. He also showed me how to do it all. Very smart man, easy to talk to and he's glad to teach you.. I will forever call this guy if I have any water questions, if your thinking of calling, stop, just call. Great service is not common and this guy has great service!

Kathy was so helpful and provided me with instruction on how to change the UV light myself! She then provided me with a step by step procedure on how to flush and sterilize the water lines. Amazing customer service. Recommend them for any issues with your water...whether your equipment was purchased by them or another company. Called looking for some assistance with my water system...had called several businesses but would not look at my system due to not purchased by them. Have sulfur in my water. Jim spent almost 3 hours explaining the system I had, how it worked and fixed my problem at no charge, simple fix. I've had the system for about 7 years but never really understood how it worked. Will be using Ecowater when I upgrade and get a softener.

I reached out about a very specific problem and had a call and visit same day - no cost!!
Cathy was so lovely and helpful on the phone and Jim was a wealth of knowledge upon arrival.
He made recommendations for a ‘sit’ solution and let me know to reach out again if it didn’t result in a fix.
This is who I should have called 2 years ago. Jim gave me more information on my current set up then the team that has installed it.

Today received service from the team at Eco Water Systems!
They were fantastic in providing good communication, evaluation of the service needs and recommendations. Their in house recommendations were even better then what was initially quoted. They used their unique talents to find cost effective solutions to my water woes!
To top it off the team noted my water softener was lacking salt and helped to resolve this issue!
So grateful for the help and going the mile! Thank you
