I had an extremely positive experience with Katelyn and Manveer. The environment is warm and welcoming. She is also very professional, explaining procedures thoroughly and answering questions with ease. I especially like that follow up appointments are included to check-in to ensure you're satisfied with the outcome after some time has passed. I would highly recommend.

This would be my third visit and they are the best and professional at what they do. The whole process is explained to you when you go in with any follow up appointments if needed. Very clean, excellent atmosphere and I’m definitely going back. Keep up the great work, ladies!

I do not recommend going to Katelyn (she is the owner) i had an appointment made Aug 24th and she sends a txt to change my app to Aug 3rd at 12. I go to the app, the door is lock and closed I .waited 10 mins, I txted her that i was there and did not hear back until 4pm with an email. This is what she said "that some bookings in the system were missed" although Katelyn was the one who txt me to change my app. I emailed her back and of course i have not heard back not surprised!
Katelyn made me feel that her time is more important then my time. its unfortunate she is the owner with no care for her clients. Also:
I emailed Katelyn June 11th with some questions about her glow packages and she never emailed back.

I received a hydrafacial from Sam and it was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and inviting. My skin was so smooth and clear for weeks after, it’s worth every dollar.
Katelyn has made a very cozy space for an extra relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be returning.
