Everybody has an opinion and most times a complaint when rating doctors offices. Although I can agree that some doctors over book patients and create timing issues, people have to understand that not all doctors are the same in that regard. If your mad about having to wait too bad, your in this country and you have free healthcare and you should be proud and happy for the simple fact you are getting the best care in comparison to other parts of the world.

Dr George is the best doctor I have ever met. He is a different person. He goes above and beyond, he’s respectful and he cares about his patients. I feel extremely blessed to have him in my life overseeing my health. I have never even once in the last 6 months had an issue with his staff and receptionists. Those ladies are angels and people need to recognize their efforts.

By the way doc, it’s maninder, I’m just using my friends google account temporarily. Thank you for everything and see you soon!

If you're seeking a doctor who is patient and listens attentively, this is not the place to go. Dr. Elraheb is incredibly rude and clearly treats certain patients with more respect than others.

The front desk staff are unprofessional. When you call to book an appointment, they'll tell you, "Just come at 8 AM. That's when we open." But they're telling everyone that, so there's no point, and you won't be prioritized.

On the flip side, when you do talk to someone who books you an appointment, the wait time is still long.

The space is also very small, so there's not much privacy with anything either.

I've gone twice and I will be finding a new clinic, I would not recommend it to anyone.

I find front desk friendly and very helpful. The pharmacy is located in the waiting room area. The pharmacist is extremely helpful and explains thoroughly how to use each one.
Dr.Elraheb is very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this clinic to others

Burnt out, long wait times, disorganized and inattentive.

This place used to be good. They were so friendly when my child was born and had to go see him for initial appt because our family Dr was out of town.
So I went back there again for another issue: a skin condition that he misdiagnosed for my child after a vacation: molloscum contagiosum. Great except it wasn’t. It was HFM that went away within days instead.

I went back a few months ago, but decided to go home instead because the wait took longer than an hour. I witnessed the lady (nurse or assistant, the one that’s always there) yell at the poor receptionist saying that she was “helping someone else out of turn and talking to her in her language.”

Back to going this week because we needed to refill a prescription (he wrote us last year), except they made us pay, the name was wrong. We had to go back again to get it fixed and even the script was wrong.

Don’t come here if you’re in a time crunch. Or want a Dr that will actually listen.

Worst Experience, Receptionist are good but the Pediatrician is the worst and pathetic. Don't risk your life. There's something called courtesy while handling newborns. Learn to handle and behave.

Went there today at 6 pm. Staff was inside and the doors were locked. Staff said the doctor already left as the patients were less. I am so much pain and they wasted time. First time seen that the doctor left before the clinic timing was close.

The good: wait times are nearly non existent, and having the pharmacy linked to the clinic makes this place a one-stop shop for a prescription + solution.

The bad: Dr George is really eager to get you out of the room asap. multiple times, i tried to give more context to the issue i was having, and he interrupted me mid-sentence every single time I spoke. I understand that time is of the essence in this field, but empathy is important. I don’t leave feeling confident when the person helping me isn’t listening to my concerns, or doing a good job at addressing them. It makes things worse when I have to go and check with another doctor just to make sure he didn’t prescribe me the wrong thing.

Instead of making their customers aware that a doctor won’t be in on Thursdays, it states online that they are open(both medical care and pharmacy). I showed up with my 1 year old son seeking medical attention thinking I would be able to see a doctor because when I checked online it clearly stated it was open but when I got there a lady said the doctor isn’t in and won’t be in for the day. It’s very inconvenient when you take time out of your day to drive all the way there and no doctor on call and on top of that the lady stated she was just a receptionist but on previous visits I saw her treating other patients but refused to treat my son.
Dr.George is honestly a great doctor to my son but in all honesty the service is horrible when it comes to that short lady with the glasses.
