3 of us rescheduled our work days to be available for an assessment appointment in the middle of the day on a Thursday.

Not only did no one show up. But no one bothered to let us know that no one was going to show up.

And when we called to find out where they were, we were told the person we were expecting was actually not even working today and that the replacement person was supposed to be there and they would call us right back.

It's now an hour later and we still haven't heart back from anyone and no one showed up.

These are the people who we are meant to entrust the health of our ailing family member with?

As a patient, never get home service through them. They almost never have all the supplies they need from catheter, ivs, and bandages. And forget about them following your referring doctor's orders. They go by their own timeline. If the dr says "every 3 months get your catheter changed" they say do it every 5 weeks and then cancel your service while telling you that they've booked an appointment for you. And still they bill your msp for services not rendered. I had this happen to me. My advice to everyone is avoid service through them at all costs, even if it means hiring a private nurse yourself. It would be much better.

My wife has a serious illness where it's a good chance she won't make it. So we want to spend quality time together in the hospital and sleep over in her room to help her get around go to the washroom, bath her . All the nurses are on my side and the p.c.c won't allow it her name is Aron

DO NOT use the call back option! They only rang twice and hung up! And when i phoned the original line again it was 30% more people waiting. After the second time, i got through after a long wait to some woman answering with the worst bored voice saying "Hello". And she didn't even listen to what o said! Just heard one word and tells me to "wait" and she put me through to another department. For another wait. I'd rather deal with cell phone companies!

Go to Vancouver island for proper treatment. Every hospital staff on the entire lower main lane is on their first week. Scary
