Game court Derry is trash and no customer service for people paying $160+ for their booked time.

Went with my teammates who recently joined volleyball as a sport together so imagine our excitement in wanting to share this hobby… and usually we have had no issues up until we booked one night and the nets were extremely high. Carlos the worker there told us point blank that the nets were damaged itself. So why on earth would you let us book this court when you know you have damaged goods. Thats a scam and you are now pocketing our money. It is unfair to not fix the problem prior to having the space booked.

We were all upset that none of us could practice anything because the nets were so high you couldnt even spike/serve or rally without it getting caught in the net all the time. This made the whole experience for me and my team one of the worst yet.

PS- Pls clean your dirty washrooms, half the time the staff person is in the room with his girlfriend chilling.

The name of the owner is Mohammad. Pls refrain from booking. Book at meadowvale or sladeview for a better time. Do better Mohammad.

Court is legit! It's super clean and well-kept. The court itself is smooth as butter, and the whole area is spotless. You can tell they take good care of this place. Highly recommend!

The court was pretty decent to play on up until a few months ago. There are no longer any workers there so the floors are very slippery (had a couple of friends hurt their ankle) and the facility isn't cleaned throughout the day. It is not safe to play on, and I probably won't book here again.

I’ve played at this facility several times before without issue, but this experience was really disappointing. My friends and I specifically booked Court B for volleyball but when we arrived, the net was set way too high, even above standard men’s height.

We flagged it to the staff on site, but we were told they couldn’t adjust the net. That’s never been a problem in the past, so it was frustrating to hear there was nothing that could be done. We tried to make the best of it, but honestly, it wasn’t enjoyable.

The staff told us to email the owner, which we did right away—and we still haven’t heard a single word back. It’s incredibly frustrating to be completely ignored, especially after paying to use a facility that didn’t even meet basic expectations.

Also, the floors were dusty which could easily lead to injuries and someone should clean the washrooms.

Terrible, we were double booked with another group. No resolution, despite getting on the phone and being promised a refund and free booking.

No response for over a month now.

Floors are ALWAYS dirty and never clean, an actual safety hazard. Any group I’ve been in with has had to sweep and make sure that it’s safe to play on.

Never booking here again and advise you not to do so either.

Beware at All Costs!

I made the mistake of trusting this service and ended up getting scammed out of my money. The whole experience was infuriating and disappointing. From the start, I felt something was off. Sim and Ismale proved to be nothing but liars and cheats. Their promises were empty, and their customer service was completely unresponsive. If you value your money and expect honesty, steer clear of this operation. There are far better options out there—don’t fall for their empty guarantees.

DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The owner is completely unorganised and will allow for courts to be double-booked with ongoing programs that are hosted there.

If there is a mixup, it’s almost guaranteed that you won’t get your money back, or free court time that is promised as additional compensation - and IF you’re lucky enough to ever see your money again, it will be MONTHS later. This has happened on more than one occasion to our group.

The owner also thinks it’s okay to inappropriately call and text you.. but that’s neither here nor there at this point. 🙃
