Got a specialist referral in July, was told it would be around 6-12 months and I could call periodically to check up on it. Called 1, 2, and 5 months after to check on the status. Most recently I was told I had never been to the clinic (I had been there a number of times). Then I was told my referral was likely tossed because the doctor that provided it is no longer with them. This makes zero sense to me and now I have to start all over again. The best they could do is put me on a waitlist for cancelled appointments. Very frustrating to say the least, and I certainly do not recommend this place for referrals.

My go to walk in clinic whenever my kids doctor is not available! They are very caring, don't always push you to get medicine if they feel it's not needed (unlike most doctors who just want that commission from big pharma) and they are genuinely the quickest walk in, if they are having longer waits you can get a text reminder for your turn! I also use them for myself as I don't have a personal doctor and they work fast to get any referrals in for me for any and all testing I've needed.

Excellent clinic. Super nice friendly professional Dr. L. and assistant. I love the text notification to let you know you are a few patients away (or patience as the case may be) so you can come back instead of waiting around. Thank you. (EDIT Sept. 2024 - The crew reviewed here has moved out to Trenton Great Lakes Walk in Clinic and this Belleville location is now known as Great Lakes FAMILY PRACTICE - and they are new. The crew at Great Lakes Trenton continue their excellent walk in clinic service and a new review of my most recent visit has been posted).

Excellent help figuring out the problems. The receptionist sent me an New Patient link by email where I can check back on Dec 1st in order to get an appointment, hopefully in January. The January appointments aren't available until Dec 1st. Thank you so much for the help!

I showed up to the clinic at 3:30pm and they close at 5pm. Even though the receptionist had a sign up stating they aren't accepting patients she spoke to the doctor and he agreed to see me. The doctor is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get my prescription at the pharmacy attached to the clinic within 10 mins of dropping it off unlike the bigger pharmacy chains. Overall an amazing experience from the moment you walk in to the min you walk out the door.

Despite the long wait times, this clinic is outstanding. Unlike others, they handle everything a doctor needs to do without saying, 'Oh, we don't do that here.' The receptionist is exemplary, going above and beyond, and the doctor is both knowledgeable and attentive. Both are incredibly friendly and caring.
