I went in to request my file. It cannot be found. The secretary barely looked for it. She typed my name into the computer and told me there was nothing there. Nit to mention this is after the police had requested my file from this office 3 years ago and never recieved anything. I told her I would be back on friday to give her time to look for it. She didn't tell me they were closed on friday. I now have to leave town again without the medical file that is needed by the police.

Over the years we have had horrible service from his secretary, she barely answers and when she does she’s rude beyond belief. Today my husband called and couldn’t get a answer, when she finally picked up she stated “ if they were abnormal we would have called you” and hung up on him. This is disgusting that she gets away with this and keeps her job !

I believe sherry should not be working at the doctor's office she is very rude on the phone and in person I can remember sitting in his office and instead of answering the calls she put them on hold while she was talking on the phone making plans for vacation that call lasted half hour not the easiest to get ahold of she is only a secretary not the doctor but sometimes she thinks she is dr Henderson needs to find a new secretary someone who has compassion and respect
