They provided multiple options and quotes and informed us of a little know program offered by March of Dimes to cover the costs of the stairlift for seniors after verification. My mom loves the stairlift and can't believe she waited as long as she did to get it. We will definitely be using HomEquip for other senior products.

We bought one of those toilet handles for a relative who recently became disabled. Worked fine for a few months before it failed. When my loved one went to lift herself off the toilet, the handles loosened causing her to fall and narrowly missed smashing her head on the heater. Still had to call the paramedics to help her get up and check her out to make sure she wasnt gravely injured. Your equipment is a joke and should never be sold.

I rented a lift chair and table following a bilateral knee replacement. The staff was friendly and helpful in assessing and planning for my needs. There were a couple of issues associated with delivery and pickup but Josh quickly responded and resolved my concern. I was very pleased with his professionalism and our communication. Where do I start

Two gentlemen showed up with equipment for my son Ezra, (a ceiling mounted lift)
They entered our house, removed their foot wear, and went in to analyze the rooms to be worked in.
After they had looked things over, they went for equipment and supplies, and every time they entered the house, they removed footwear, and when they had anything to cut, they did it outside, so to not make a mess inside the house.
After they were done, my wife went to the rooms to clean up, but they had cleaned up everthing to perfection.
