12 hour wait time wouldn't be acceptable in a 3rd world country this "hospital" if you can even call it that should be a shining example of how not to run an emergency room a 12 hour wait with a 4 year old needing stitches and bleeding with pregnant folk who can't walk and some people waiting for 13+ hours bleeding and coughing is unacceptable in any developed country felt like I was sitting waiting to die the pack of patient care and lack of empathy from the staff leaves me absolutely appalled the nurses unable to listen to allergies I hope whoever runs this hospital has to sit in the ER room while in severe pain with life threatening injuries and see how much they like the 12 hour wait. Absolutely disgusting.

Excellent staff and nurses. Some world class doctors but below miserable management. ER is constantly understaffed and the waiting times are simply ridiculous.
Sitting here with other people 10hrs plus.
The staff tries it's best but without someone giving them the necessary resources they are doomed to fail.
Sad to see people in pain waiting.
Fire the management and get someone who knows how to run a hospital.

The nurses in day surgery and the maternity ward was absolutely the best nurses I have ever come across. They were helpful, attentive, empathetic, and just hands down doing more than what their job description entailed to make sure I was comfortable while I had to stay. I was in the hospital during a very emotional operation and did stay in maternity for the night and they went above and beyond to help me out.
I really with I could remember their names but I only remember Maddy (I believe) that helped during the night and Emma that helped me when I first got moved into the ward. Both in the maternity ward.
You all made a very awful day a lot more comfortable. Thank you to both departments.

WORST experience ever this year.
Before I start, since I was born things like this happen ALL THE TIME. This is not new and definitely isn't surprising coming from this hospital.
Do not go to this hospital.

First of all, the first time I went there because I was sick I went at 10AM and then left the hospital at 1AM because the waiting was too long. Btw, we were ONLY 4 in the waiting room.
When a nurse finally saw me, she was the worst ever. Rude and seem like she doesn't know how to do her job : she was trying to take blood to run blood test and she proceeded to fail 3 times, hurting me like hell and I was covered in blood.

Today, my dad got into a really bad incident and me and my sisters were there to see him because we were scared for him. The nurse asked if we were all going to see him and proceeded to talk in her radio saying " there's 5 people here to see someone here, that's ridiculous ".
Excuse me How is it ridiculous that we want to see someone from our family in a hospital bed ?
Then, she decided we weren't allowed to see him and only our mom could go and see him.

Worst staff ever, worst hospital ever, go somewhere else at all cost.
