This is the best walk in ever. The receptionists are friendly and very proactive. The doctors are great and tge pharmacist always has your prescription ready right away. I really recommend this place. Thank you so much for being great and always on time.

I had a horrible experience at this clinic today but after reading the reviews I see this is normal. I was in a car accident a month ago and as a result have been in a lot of pain. After being in extreme pain and barely able to move my neck for over a week. I went to the clinic. This is not the first time I have been to the clinic and actually seen the same doctor the before. Everything was going well until I asked for a doctors note for work for a possible 3 day absencse as I had already missed 1 day and no sure when I would be feeling well. The doctor became extremely rude and said my pain will be gone and a doctors note is not needed for work. I then again explained why I need a letter and he said if I have a problem ask for modify duties and he will only being issuing a 2 day note. And if I need another one I will just have to come back and pay again. And then walked out and slamed the door. I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional doctor. This place is a money grab and don't actually care about the patient. This is will definitely be my last visit.

Had a great experience bringing my toddler for an unexpected walk in need - reasonable wait time, the staff were all polite, focused on keeping the system moving and carefully assessed my son - including pharmacy staff. Dr K is great - despite being busy takes the time to explain why you’re having the symptoms that are happening and explains the treatment plan.

I recently visited this clinic expecting a professional and compassionate experience but left feeling completely disrespected and neglected. I came in to get some FAF forms signed and happened to ask the doctor about a small bump near my elbow. His response was shockingly rude — he curtly said, ‘We don’t have time for that, come back another time.’

The complete disregard for a patient’s concerns was both embarrassing and upsetting. I understand time constraints, but a simple acknowledgment or polite explanation would have gone a long way. I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for, which is the opposite of what you expect from a healthcare professional. I won’t be returning.

I always had good experience at this clinic that made me go today as well. However, it was worst experience for the first time in Canada. My son has pain in hand and is experiencing coughing for past 4-5 months. I had plan to discuss pain in hand and coughing issue. When receptionist was noting down for the hand pain, I told her about coughing and rudely she said- this is a walk in clinic and we do not entertain more than one issue per visit. This never happened previously and doctors were good as well. Then new doctor also told me that he cannot discuss more than one issue. His response was neutral but receptionist was very rude.

I think that clinic is only for treating cold, fevers, and coughs.

Nice staff, they check you in quick and easy, no appointments needed. They never answer the phone when you call.They do covid shots on site, you will have to book an appointment though. The pharmacy in the clinic is such a convenience. They do cosmetic work on site.

This place don’t even deserve one star according to my experience
I went to see the doctor because I was having a lot of issues
So when I started talking to doctor, he was so much in hurry that he was not even listening what I was about to tell him he saw the notes from last time he just went out to call the receptionist, I cannot add much details about that, but one thing for sure that it’s like business here that they are doing it as a formality whereas they are doctors and they should listen their patients very carefully because they never know who is suffering from what circumstances they cannot Just ignore anyone doesn’t really matter how busy they are they should do it religiously and professionally.
And the doctor was very rude and I must say he should go for training again where he could learn how to practice and who we call a doctor!!!!!
