I always enjoy my visit to Inova. I get such good care and advice and today my experience was exceptional because I had a concern and didn’t think anything could be done. The Optician Dave Fraser went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t be happier!

Dr. Camilla Poot and the staff are the “bomb”. So thorough and caring of their patients. Highly recommend their services for total eye care. Give em a call and you will SEE for yourself…pardon the pun 😉

We are a family with pretty poor eyesight, so we've been coming to Inova for years! I've always been happy with the service we receive, and today was no different. Dana took care of us as a was very patient, kind, and friendly. She was even able to get a rush on the two pairs of glasses my daughter picked - we got them in 2 days! This is amazing, as she leaves for University this weekend. The experience was excellent, as per usual. Thank you Dana!

This clinic is incredible with kids. We are new to this area, and I googled the best eye clinic for children and Inova eye care was very well reviewed. After two appointments with Dr. Poot, some tough moments with my 3 year old who struggles to stay still, and dilating drops, I simply cannot say enough about the patience and kindness of all of their staff. From the ladies at the front desk, all the way to Dr. Poot herself. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I will never use another eye clinic for myself or any of my children. This clinic is absolutely brilliant.

Dr Lam and the optometry team are absolutely amazing. Definitely the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. The administrative staff and the technicians were kind and helpful and explained each step in a really clear manner. I observed other patients having positive interactions with everyone so I feel confident this is the high standard of care and customer service that is regularly provided here.
Dr Lam himself is a fantastic practitioner who took the time to answer my questions and explain the some of the science behind my ageing eyesight. 😉 I actually enjoyed my appointment and came away feeling more informed and confident about my vision and overall optical health.

The service when I purchased my glasses was incredible. So helpful snd accommodating. I've purchased here a couple of times. The prices are realky great here as well. Today I called because the arm broke on one pair. They gave ne a same day appointment. I didn't even realize they had a warranty. Especially at their prices. They replaced them no charge under warranty on the spot. Definitely recommended this shop. I'll be back for sure.

Bought very expensive glasses 16 months ago, had to have major work done less than a year ago on frames and now the frames are still tight and a lens is lost. They expect me to pay full cost and be happy. I will never use this establishment again. Huge ripoff
