Dr Dalvir Dhanda is a great family physician. I would recommend him to all. Me and my family went there for a regular check up and the service provided was very professional. He didn't make us uncomfortable he was listening to us and answering our concerns.

prompt attention from the secretary and the Doctor Opara, always available whenever you are available during working hours no need of calling ahead just walk in you will be attended to. keep doing what you are doing Doctor, and the Secretary knows you by name with her smile very welcoming. if there is anything more than 5 start, I will give you, I have used 3 family Doctor in different locations, if i plan to move away from Brampton I will think of your service that I will lose.

Seems like a nice doctor when I met him, but I can never get through to somebody on the phone at their clinic. I have been waiting for a report for them that is very urgent and critical to my parents care, and I have not received any word back from them in my 30 plus phone calls (over the last 2 weeks) and even the one time where I got somebody on the phone, they still haven't called me back, a week later.
Do not go here if you need things done on time.

I am shocked with lots of negative reviews but as far as our interactions with Dr.opara , he is dealing us perfectly, the best way ( which is working for us is just call them on appointment day to reconfirm it), doctor is very good listener and answers calmly our all concerns. We are well satisfied.

Unprofessional doctor behaviour and the lady at the reception is so unprincipled . They don’t care about their patients I don’t understand why ministry of health is not doing anything with this much number of complaints so I called multiple times that not one picked the call but at the end one lady picked the call Refused to give me the information I was looking for and then I went in person to put a complaint but doctor was not ready to listen anything said the receptionist is nice to him that’s what he cares he don’t care if she treats clients professionally or no.. please don’t go to this walk in clinic all you will get a a disrespectful experience with a lot of street and waste of time I regret that I did not read this review before. I have medical problems but they don’t care

Dr. Opara is very unprofessional, If I could give this a zero star I would. Firstly, as soon as I walked in he had no shoes whatsoever and wasn't wearing a mask, which he has to if he's seeing his patients in a middle of a pandemic. When he received my mom and I, he got upset because I've told him that my mom previously saw another doctor (walk-in clinic) because I tried contacting him for a month or two because he misdiagnosed my mother and gave her wrong pills and he was not answering my calls and the office was closed. Then he proceed to raise his voice at me and opened the door for my mother and I to leave, mind you he still hasnt even checked my mother and she's very sick. He tried picking the phone up I think he was gonna call the police or something and then I told him that I would call the minister of health and send the video of him not wearing a mask and he got scared and was silent. After we got home my mom's blood pressure was super high due to his negligence and unprofessionalism. I've had many encounters recently with him and his secretary as well. But overall they're both very rude and unprofessional as well.
