I had a pleasant experience here. My doctor is good , i registered Dr. Misbah as family doctor. Moreover, one receptionist she is too good and nice.

The wait time at this clinic is extremely unreasonable. Despite having an appointment, I’ve consistently had to wait for over 2-3 hours every single time. This isn’t a one-time issue, it happens every visit.
I really liked my doctor, her name is Dr. And DR. Hussain however, I am planing to change my family doctor because of this very reason. I wish this clinic respected our time.
For getting an appointment I am trying since Monday email and calls nothing is being replied are they really that busy that they can’t take care of their accepted patients . This is frustrating

We are very happy with the service or doctor is providing. But we have one problem. When our doctor is away for extended periods no one in the office looks after the prescription renewals. The minimum your office should do is notify the pharmacy that the doctor is out of the office and provide them with a return date. The pharmacy has been trying for the weeks to get a renewals. Also your phone system will tell the caller that they are going to be transferred to an attendant but then hand up the phone.

Really enjoyed our first visit! We were welcomed so professionally by the staff. We did not wait long and were admitted right on time to our appointment. Priyanka is lovely and very helpful. Dr. Noha is very knowledgable and warm. Highly recommended both clinic and doctor!

The wait time at this clinic is extremely unreasonable. I was searching for a family doctor for a while and as soon as I met Dr.Saad, I instantly decided to go with him. Really knows his stuff, and actually listens to what you say. The rest of the staff is also amazing. Everyone is just friendly and looks like they actually enjoy working there and wanting to help! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good clinic in Brampton!

EDIT: So this has been my family physician's office for almost two years now. Never have I ever been able to see the doctor when I or my family are sick and we always end up at a walk-in clinic. My family doctor is either super occupied, or is busy seeing walk-ins or have appointment available after few days, never when we need. I mean shouldn't the family doctor be available for their patients? Why even register patients when you do not have the capacity. Whenever I have been able to see the doctor, I'd have waited minimum an hour to hour and a half. Very disappointed!

Old review: My first visit and I am super impressed without even seeing the doctor. Excellent customer service, super polite front staff, Mini was kind and polite. Premises are super clean and spacious, lots of parking. Pharmacy, rehab, family medicine, gynecologist all under one roof. Keep it up. Will update my review once I see the doctors!
