The doctors and nurses are very good; however, the front desk receptionist are very rude, unkind and unprofessional. I have never had a smooth experience especially over the phone. They behave as if they are uninterested. Their client service is poor. Sometimes a little empathy (especially in the public service/healthcare sector) goes a long way. Patients should feel respected and welcomed by the frontline workers.

Their service is so damn slow. They make you book an appointment which they never follow.
Even if the appointment is booked they first entertain the walk-in patients. Since it’s a walk-in clinic it’s understandable that they entertain walk ins first but then why do they make us book an appointment? It’s very illogical.The front desk nurses are rude & impatient. I booked an appointment for 4:10 pm at 2:50 pm. But I got to see a doctor at 5pm. They differentiate on the basis of age. Oh wait, once you are in the doctors room you need to wait atleast 30 mins to actually see a doctor & they don’t even let you talk about multiple issues of you have. They consider only one issue per visit which is baffling. It takes atleast 2 hours to actually see a doctor. Pathetic is the word that can be used for this clinic.

I want to give no stars but what choice is their. There malpractice is a death sentence if you want to die quickly. If you have a doctor there they'll make you feel like a idiot and not fix your issue. I have wasted my dang time with them and the recipentisits don't listen a dang word what you say and make you think that you have to pay to transfer your records to a different doctor. They'll refuse every book and you won't get any help. Even a Dr name Adedayo is the worst to do walk ins and a family physician.

I wish I could give them 0 star for their very poor and slow service. There is no point to book the appointment with them still you have to wait 2-3 hours over there. when you ask for how many ahead of you and wait time then staff on the reception would answer very rudely or ignore you. I went to many clinics, but this clinic is the worst among all the clinic in Brampton.
There is no value for walk-in patients. I was looking for online appointments and went many times just to ask if they can book for me because there is no slot showing according to the doctor whom i want to see and they didn’t and ask to come as walk-in when I went there then they said we are not accepting walk-in anymore.
Even from day 1 when i start my process with them I booked the appointment for 10am but my turn came around 1pm . I got late from my work as well. And I felt no sense to book appointment ahead with them.
All the time i have bad experience with them. Once my current process done with them. I will never visit this clinic again
If you are going with appointment and there is always have to wait for longer time and when you ask for message or call near the turn they will denied you and ask you to wait there for longer time. For them people are too free in this country and they don’t value your time.
Specifically negative stars for receptionists their behaviour is too rude even on their own faults.

Not sure how this place still operates with a 1.9 star rating. I came in today for walk in they told me I had to book an appointment so why be called a walk in if I need to book appointment. They told me I needed to book an appointment and the only available appointment was an hour and a half later so i waited around. Come the time of my appointment she tells me there is still 6 patients ahead of me and makes me wait almost 2 hours. Receptionists here are also extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!!!!!!

Terrible , gracias a dios no fui yo pero lleve a una señora mayor de edad que se sentía mal .. pésimo lugar la recepción es racista no asepto que no habláramos bien el inglés nos corrió prácticamente que fueramos a otro lugar les puedo decir que si no hablas inglés mejor. No te acerques por el personal racista..

Despite I came here today late, they still gave me an excellent service.I was searching for the place outside due to wrong location on google maps.

The receptionist and all the staff members took care of me and were very professional, polite, humble and friendly.

Heads up, search for 25 Peel centre garage on google maps to get to the closest correct entrance point to MCI doctors office .If you entered from the other side it will be a VERY VERY long walk
