I visited Medi Clinic early Sunday morning for my appointment and was very impressed with the experience. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly, making check-in quick and easy. I was taken into a room immediately and seen by the doctor without any delays. The clinic itself is spotless, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere.

Highly recommend Medi Clinic for its efficiency, professionalism, and clean environment. A great choice for anyone looking for quality care.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, ensuring a quick and smooth check-in process.

Dr. Singh was fantastic. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, thoroughly explained my condition, and outlined my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I felt like I was heard and unfortunately, that hasn’t always been my experience with other doctors.

The personalized care I received from Dr. Singh is what will keep me going back. Dr. Singh made sure all my questions were answered, and I never felt rushed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.

The clinic is clean and has convenient lab facilities, which is appreciated.
However, my overall experience has been disappointing. As a long-term asthma patient, I needed care for a persistent cough that lasted almost four months. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told my family doctor, Dr. Maan, was on vacation. Only after I initiated a request to change clinics was I informed that he had relocated months ago.

This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it directly impacts a patient’s health and quality of life. While other doctors were available, I sought continuity of care from my designated family doctor, which was neither communicated nor facilitated.

Additionally, when I genuinely raised this issue in an email, hoping for constructive feedback and improvement, the clinic staff responded defensively, as seen in many other reviews here. Instead of addressing the core issue of communication failure, they shifted the blame, which is highly unprofessional.

I hope the clinic takes patient feedback seriously and works to improve communication and support processes.

I have been patient here at this clinic since this clinic opened. Dr maan was an awesome doctor but when I visited today and saw Dr Gill. I was very disappointed. I had back and stomach issue and she told me to pick one out of both. I can’t check both! I was the first patient for the day and she was rude, cold and no empathy. Horrible experience! I will request to the owners of the clinic to look into this complaint and maintain the quality of service that they had from years. Very disappointed and sad. Hope others don’t experience this!

I went to see the doctor today because I’ve been sick for a few days. Last week, I had some blood work done, and when I reviewed the report, it looked generally fine. Today, around 5:30 pm, I visited the doctor to discuss the report and get a prescription for my throat infection. When Dr. Gagandeep Kaur came in, she looked at my report and mentioned that everything looked good except for one low value. She asked if I had any infection, and I confirmed that I did. But when she examined my throat, she said I will prescribe to one medication But also she said that they only address one concern per visit. At the reception, I had already mentioned my reasons for the visit. It feels like they’re more interested in billing my health card than actually caring about my health.

Dr Rajinder Maan has left clinic for almost 2 years and has started practice at another clinic at St Catherine.

Management never thought of mentioning this and when asked they would always refuse to give any details.

What a cheap and unethical way of holding his patients even when he has already started practicing somewhere else.

Are his patients not entitled to know this information that he is not returning back so that they can find an alternative family doctor?

Simply Ridiculous and really immature management of this clinic.

This clinic need better staff. They do not know if a customer comes first serve first . Waited 2 hours just for my report result and people came after me was seen first . And really if you care about your health do not come here. I have been getting treat ment for same thing for 1 month , doctor did not figure out what’s the problem . Shame on .
And i do not need the lines thank you for update we will look into it . I do not need this

We are coming to this clinic from last 2 years, Dr. Mann was great personality but clinic is not giving any information about him and now here is on new doctor, Dr. Singh. She is the worst.
She don't even know how to talk with the patients and how to address their problems. She do not discuss the reports properly.
Not recommended if Dr. Mann is not working here anymore.
