Dr Barua is a amazing doctor who cares about his patients and is thorough when it comes to your health, but he needs to get a new receptionist! She never picks up the phone, she doesn’t respond to emails or texts she is making the doctors job harder cause all his patients are mad at him because we can’t make appointments! if we leave a voicemail she doesn’t return the call, I was in for a appointment for 2 hours in the waiting room and in that time not once did she pick up the ringing phone; that a person came in to book a appointment cause he said he couldn’t get through on the phone. when you do finally get through she is rude and try’s to make us go to the night clinic instead, where we will be exposed to worse viruses. what’s the point of having a family dr if we can’t get in to see him? he needs to hire a new receptionist cause all his patients are tired of her not picking up the phone or returning voicemails for people who actually need to be seen by a doctor I called 10 times in a week she didn’t pick up I left 4 voicemails none were returned and I sent a email with no response still!! so I’m going on 4 weeks no appointment by the time I do get ahold of them I’ll have to wait another 4 weeks to get seen I think she doesn’t pick up the phone cause she rather we just go to the night clinic to see him it’s ridiculous especially when your booking the appointment for someone else and can’t get that person to the night clinic plus the night clinic appointments are always so rushed we want to see our family dr in his office that’s why we have a family doctor!!!

To busy trying to get rich quick of elders when b12 is found in oranges n food. To much $ for millionths of a gram experiments when people need money for activities n food .. n they can’t make a life time call with a 5 min visit .. n there just trying to learn English who knows if they actually do or just trying repeat what they hear ..
