I went to this shop to inquire about putting new high index lenses that were frameless in my own glasses. I went here as Pearle Optical in Limeridge said they do not do four points frameless frames. I was thrilled to be able to continue to use my own glasses with a new prescription. The manager and staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend.

My glasses were in for 2 weeks and no one contacted me to let me know. I spent $1000 dollars on 3 pairs of glasses that I could have been wearing for weeks, instead I've spent that time squinting with a headache. They said they sent me a text but I didn't receive it, I would assume that after 2 weeks they would call to check if I got the text but no, I had to call to figure out what happened to my glasses.

Remarkable customer service. They were busy when i went in but I didn’t feel ignored. Staff immediately came to me and assured me to assist ASAP and they did. I don’t remember her name but she was so nice to all customers and of course collection was amazing ranging from low to high price. They have everything you might be looking for. Definitely will go back to them for another purchase.

This place is fantastic! I am so glad I stumbled upon this place as I was walking through Jackson Square. I am skeptical when it comes to glasses stores, but this place blew me always with the variety of glasses, the price, quality of lenses, and most of all the customer service. Frames there do feel cheap though.

David, the owner, has been the BEST person I have ever dealt with for glasses in my entire 24 years of living (and I have been to many glasses stores.) He really knows his stuff and will give you his honest opinion, and will tell you if the glasses don't look good on you. If you're having trouble he will go to great lengths to figure out the problem and do his best to accommodate you.

I recently had a fantastic eye exam experience at this clinic. Everyone from the receptionist, to the staff members, and to the opticians were incredibly nice and helpful. A really nice lady (who I unfortunately didn’t get her name) guided me to pick the perfect frames, and her assistance made the process enjoyable. Sandra, a staff member, who was super helpful helping me file claims with my insurance provider, and kindly assist me in finalizing the price. The entire team was exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

Well I am really upset about purchasing contact lenses from here I just got the lens & opened it, it had a cut on that I called them I talked to them, there is no exchange no refund nothing & It has been just 1 day.
So it means I spend $50 for a pair of lenses that I can not even wear them, maybe I should keep them like a showpiece.

Great establishment. This store has a wide variety of glasses to choose from and wonderful customer service. Sandra helped me choose very cute frames which I am very happy with. Overall it was a delightful experience.
