Zero star for this location..nobody picks up the phone and nobody at this location has a courtesy to return the call. I left about 7-8 voicemail regarding an application we did for ODSP program. People at this location do not understand the importance of their jobs. If you don't want to work please resign so people who really need the job can get the job.

Have been calling for weeks. First time I called I was transferred over to someone who told me to call my worker in Windsor. My worker never answers or returns calls there so called boyfriend's worker who said she would reinstate my file and transfer to Brampton. Since then, no answer from switchboard in Brampton. My dad needs an emergency cheque cut, we are broke!

They never answer the phone . I have been calling over a week now not able to get through. No option to leave a message. In the past was able to leave message but no one ever care to return my call. They just totally ignore you. No respect, my conclusion is that no one care.

The employees there are not respectful and their duties are just Obstruction applications for the people, eating, and drinking coffee no more duties especially the one I had experienced with her, her name is (marsha), she is very mean and vile.
