Went there at 1750 asked for a spot and was refused service and absolutely needed to call ... Horrible.

Sssooo rude, treat you like you're a nuisance.
Call on redial for over 45 minutes without being able to get through so I gave up. Started using evisit and get needed help within 10 minutes; professional and efficient help, they even faxed needed pescription to my pharmacy. What the hell Miramichi, we have to get treated virtually by doctors in Ontario to be treated like people with dignity.

Went to the clinic and rang the bell. Someone opened the door and asked if I was a patient. When I said “no”, the door was shut in my face and locked. I called 27 times when finally there was an answer. Advised I recently moved here and on a waiting list for a Dr. and needed 4 prescriptions renewed. She said Dr would call me back. When he called, he asked “how can I help you?” When I tried to tell him that I just moved here…….he abruptly cut me off by saying “get to the point” I listed the medications I needed renewed and he then hung up. So so so rude by both people I encountered. Hope I never have to go there again.

Came from Bathurst to go to the clinic and I called multiple times but no answer, as I saw a review that said no walk in, call to make an appointment. So I show up after multiple non answered calls and I show the receptionist the phone thru the door. As iv been calling and no one answered but someone’s inside. She said “it isn’t 6 yet” well maam there’s nothing saying calls will only go thru after 6pm even though they a note on they’re door saying “if u don’t have an appointment please continue to call ### until you get thru.” Very misleading information and picture in this too as the old clinic is demolished. Get ur information right online and nobody would have this issue also put the right information ON YOUR OFFICE DOOR.

Phone is absolutely busy all the time. Spent 1 hrs to redial to get through receptionist but still no luck. Must have another number to call? Or atleast update the number online.
