Service was same day which was wonderful. The reason I dropped a star was because I searched ‘ walk in clinic’ and this came up. It isn’t a walk in. You must make an appointment. Other than that it was great.

My healthcare experiences have overall been good. I find it hard to speak with reception as the phones are often not answered, also no way to leave a message. I had an in person appointment however the provider was off and no one reached out to me to cancel or rebook. I was rebooked for a phone appointment next day and no one called again.

The 4 stars are given for well baby, Allison belcourt, Carolyn the dietitian. But absolutely NO stars for Ashley at reception who made me feel like less than a human being when I called and was asking about if possible if I could get into the walk in clinic. I was cut off while speaking, interrupted, rudely told off and she told me clinic use is ONLY for patients without family doctors. To which I gladly explained my doc hasn’t answered any of my calls or voicemails & it has been over a month. Ashley rudely told me to call my family doctors office again that clinic use is NOT meant for patients with family doctors. Not sure if she didn’t understand what it means to actively try and get ahold of said family doctor but said family doctor won’t call back. Even with multiple voice mails. 0/5 stars for Ashley at reception but the other girl seemed a whole lot nicer. Maybe Ashley was having a bad day but regardless you do not speak to patients like this. She will be the sole downfall of this place if she doesn’t clean up her act and learn proper customer service / patient relations. Get your act together Ashley.

The customer service is not very good in terms of answering calls. I tried 3 times to reschedule an appointment during busiyhours and always went to voicemail without the opportunity to leave a message. Yet they state "your call is important to us". Obviously not.
I'm only giving it a 3 star because of the nurses there.

Just to let everyone know this IS NOT A WALK IN CLINIC. From all the reviews I saw it says it was a walk in clinic it is not. it says right on there door when you pull up. Looks like a lovely place.

We are so blessed to have this service available to us!! The front desk and clinical staff are very respectful and helpful. I have had to use the walk in service many times and they have been extremely professional and accommodating. I thank them every time I have used their services. Thank you to all the staff at NSFHT for a job well done!!

Google search shows this clinic has walk in appointments. I drove 2.5 hrs to take my terminally ill mother to a walk in for an abscesses tooth and we were turned away on the spot. She Didn’t even look to see if they had an appointment available or could possibly fit her in.
