I have been a customer of OMS, Kingston for several years. When ordering supplies, I have always experienced the most positive, friendly, and helpful support from both Amanda and Pat at the Kingston retail store. When navigating the ins and outs of various pieces of medical equipment, including whether to rent or to purchase, I dealt primarily with Pat, who was an amazingly compassionate and empathetic lady. Her level of detailed knowledge of OMS' various products was amazing, as was her determination to ensuring that I received the kit I needed that very day. I would also commend the OMS delivery personnel who are invariably dependable, courteous, and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend OMS products and services, and will happily continue as their very satisfied customer.

I have been running around all day trying to track down a Rollerator Stella in blue and met nothing but impediments in my quest. That is until I called Ontario Medical in Kingston. Pat actually ANSWERED THE PHONE unlike the other distributors online who didn't answer and only had online "chats" that didn't work. Pat was attentive to my questions and accomodating to my needs. It was such a relief to deal with a real person who knows her stuff. She got me completely set up with the model, colour and accessories I wanted all in somewhat under 10 minutes.

They had everything we needed to the exact specifications and delivery was the next day with no issues! The service person made sure everything was installed and made sure I was comfortable with everything delivered. The tub clamp wouldn’t work on our tub but when it was returned to them, Amanda who assisted me through the whole process, and provided excellent advice and service, followed up with other suggestions to substitute. I can’t thank her enough for helping me through this! I highly recommend them!

Pat and Amanda were exceptionally helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring! They assisted us in choosing the correct equipment and even shared with us when it would be on sale. They helped us create a profile to make it easier and told us about saving receipts for medical tax write-offs too. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Pat was amazing! Knowledgable, kind, professional. All thru long distance, OMS Kingston provided a rental of a tilt wheelchair and roho cushion for my Mom transitioning from hospital to a nursing home. She has lost her mobility and this was all very new to her. Pat heard my concerns and made sure Mom had the right size chair, delivered and at a very reasonable monthly rate.
