This was my first experience with CPAP machine and considering that everything was new for me, I had the chance to interact with Karan, RRT of Ontario Sleep Care - Brampton over phone and emails. Karan explained me the process with all my questions and I was convinced to avail services from this Center. I visited this Center yesterday and had the opportunity to meet Karan, who demonstrated my how and why questions of CPAP machines. He was excellent to explain the process in details. I strongly recommend this Center as they have great staff and friendly atmosphere. Now it is on me how well I follow the process. Karan assured the Center's full support through all the phases of getting used to this machine from a novice to being an advanced user. Being diagnosed with sleep apnea, has been an eye opening experience and challenging to say the least. A company abusing the government credit for CPAP machines. They are capitalizing on the 75% reduction to the price by forcing people to add the "paltinum premium package" warranty to their devices for an additional $300. No other option is available, and knowing that there is a backorder in CPAP machines world wide they are maximizing their profit margins. As a person who requires a machine, I was told to message back in a few months to see if there were any other warranty packages available. So much for caring about other people's health. Would not recommend. Especially that Karan guy for customer service.

Update to the response of whoever replied to my comment. If you may want, I can screenshot my emails with your employee to show you that there was literally never any mention of me wanting the cpap machine for free or even my benefits being mentioned. I asked for additional $300 extended warranty to be removed, and I'd pay for the machine. Apparently that's not allowed. Thank you for your well written response. I now will definitely be putting in a complaint to the better business bureau with your company emails forwarded to them. I hope the misinformation whoever spewed to you comes forward and you see the truth. I'll be uploading photos of the email once I blank out personal info of your person and mine.
