They are so unprofessional, first of all the experience at reception was terrible. The ladies over there have zero knowledge of customer service. I don’t know if they are tired of working or just don’t want to serve people. Another worst thing that happened was the physician or doctor who took my blood work was also so unprofessional. I literally got a big bruise on my arm. It got swollen and I had pain like for almost 3 days. Please be careful and visit at your own risk. My experience was horrible.

Little Disappointed!

Make sure you go to the counter after filling information and consent form, THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU.

I visited the facility for my Immigration medical exam. First they gave me an information and consent form to fill. They told me to have a seat and also told me “WE WILL CALL YOU”. Then someone took my photograph and told me to have a seat again. Then 45 minutes passed and no one called me. So, I went to counter to check, they told me “We don’t call anyone, YOU HAVE TO COME TO THE COUNTER after you’re done filling the form”. Still the staff are very nice and polite and ultimately I was done with everything in 1 hr 45 minutes, but still I could’ve saved at-least 45 minutes if they’ve communicated properly. Management please make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone again.

The staff was very nice and helpful,

But I was disappointed because on the government website it is mentioned that there are several languages available, when this was not the case there was only English.
I who speak French, I had to use my phone to be able to translate the form, it took me a lot of time because the signal (LTE) is too bad in the basement , it’s preferable to offer public wifi with password in this case 🙂

But overall it's okay everything went well.

Easy online booking and great service from the staff and doctor but I couldn't do my X-Ray at the same location as expected.
