I normally never leave reviews, but I will make an exception for this place.

● 3 Hour wait after mentioning that it would only be 1 hour.
● Rude and lazy receptionists that like to socialize instead.
● Favoritism towards Indians.
● Cold and judgemental female doctor.
● Pressured to use their pharmacy.
● Disorganized

I can also mention that the government is responsible for this problem as well because doctor shortages, low funding and poor regulation enforcement.

If you don't value your time and health, this is the perfect place for you. Too bad there is no 0 option for stars. Worst service ever. You make an appointment and you come in early, you'd still have to wait another 1 to 2 hours. When they do see you, they limit you to 1 ailment at a time. This is the definition of milking the taxpayers' money. They wanna keep seeing you so they can charge the government.

They also do not call back for your results, which is very bad. How are you supposed to get treatment when you are not given the information you needed.

Doctors and receptionist here do not value the patient. They are only in it for the money.

As you can already tell from other people's reviews, this doctors office is one to stay away from, specifically Dr. CF Masud. He has no manners, so rude to patients and their family, won't even let you finish talking and telling him about your concerns LOL sadly the kind of doctor that became a doctor for the money. Receptionist is also rude and useless. They don't call you for very important medical results, and then blame you for not following up, also says that they called when they can't even tell you an exact date of when they called LOL because they're lying.

Anyways, what a joke of a doctor. If you care about your health, stay far away 🙂

Worst place, either you have appointment wait 1-2 hours in reception area again 1-2 hours in rooms to see doctor.
Receptionists are also very rude.

I called there office approximately one month prior to getting a referral. The secretary told me they were accepting new patients so i had my doctor refer me there. I waited over 3 weeks for a response from their office which I didn’t get. I decided to call to confirm they received my referral. The secondary told me that they are not taking new patients. I told her that’s not what she had told me a few weeks ago. She replied that the doctor has stopped taking referrals about one week ago. I told her the referral was made three weeks ago. She asked me for my age, which is 62. She sounded hesitant when I said that. I feel I’ve been discriminated against because my age and race. I highly would not recommend this office

If you want the most incompetent unprofessional doctor (Dr. Bushra) you’ll ever experience or want to wait over an hour to tell your doctor of the same problem multiple times over months and not get a referral until a year later for a psychiatrist that was in the same clinic and that still sucks, or you want your psychiatrist to accuse you of getting a diagnosis you didn’t need (after waiting a year?) then this is the clinic for you. If there was a 0 option I would’ve done that.

Rude disrespectful receptionist “ Hine”. She lacks the basic communication skills needed to work in healthcare. She didn’t acknowledge me on two occasions as she was busy talking on her cellphone, in both occasions I waited in line the clinic was empty and instead of addressing my question, she would end the discussion before it even begins, head back while waive her hands with the worst attitude to say go to other receptionist or clinic is closed.Yesterday I went to inquire if my lab results and Ultrasound results came back as I am travelling abroad soon and my time is so tight, again the same exact bad experience I had with her. Honestly This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and inhumane. Although I don’t think my review will change anything but I don’t like people who take their job for granted and just don’t care about anything including a patient life.

Worst place ever, did blood work at this location, they never called after blood report was ready, went to ask for report they said yes it’s ready and almost whole day waited and doctors room also made me wait more than hour and left the clinic without meeting the doctor, they are only accepting patient to make money for them not for proper checkup, gave the blood and urine but never got report no phone call about report. This kind of services should be kick out from the community they are not for community but only their personal interest, their attitude making our community bad, I just live next to this clinic, they should not be in community for health service.
