It is an amazing clinic and staff are friendly and helpful. Doctor takes utmost care for patients. Appointment time needs to be adhered to to save time and inconvenience to patients. I was given appointment at 9.45 am. But all walk in patients are sent. I patiently waited until 10.25. When I asked about the status I was told to go to a room. But doctor was busy treating another patient. What is the purpose of giving appointment. Doctor himself then called me.

I've had a fantastic experience every-time when visit Dr. Rashid and his team. Dr. Rashid is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, provides thoughtful recommendations, and has been genuinely attentive to my needs. The staff is exceptionally polite and creates a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate the overall professionalism and care I receive during my visits.

As I have moved to another location, tried other doctors, but they don’t know what they are doing so far. I've visited several clinics, and I must say this clinic stands out as truly exceptional. Dr. took the initiative to suggest necessary tests, something I hadn't experienced elsewhere. This proactive approach to my health has been invaluable, and it's a testament to the comprehensive and patient-centric care provided at this clinic. I highly recommend genuine this is best. Since, I’ve moved, i come here because DR. RASHID will be my family doctor always..!! No point to go somewhere else now, Doctor you’re doing very great work ?❤️

I would give 0 if that was an option. Every time you make an appointment- they make you wait over an hour, than they send you in the room- and make you wait AGAIN for atleast 20-30 mins.

Its single doctor handling the entire clinic and clearly the only objective is to make money. If you ask 2 things- Dr. Ali will NOT respond/ treat or even listen to you. He will ask you to make another appointment and make you wait all over again if you have 2nd question. Dr Ali Rasheed will order special tests (not just regular blood work) out of blue without any complaints and when the reports come normal- he will only inform you when you make appointment and once again wait over an hour. Dr Ali literally has NO TIME for you or your issues.

I am desperately looking for another clinic that treats patients like human beings and not money making machines. This has been the worst clinic I have been to in over 15 years in Canada.

Very nice Doctor and staff, professional and friendly. I've been at many urgent care clinics before, and I found most of them mismanaged, and unfriendly, unlike this clinic. They treat all patients with due care, politeness, and professionalism. Please keep the quality of service same. Definitely Brampton's top Medical Centre.

I arrived at 9:05 am Saturday am. I dint mind the facility but would have liked to be told be more then 2 hrs to be seen. The place looks new and staff where polite.
Was a total of 3 hrs there from time I arrived till I left

I have been to many walk-ins in the past 2 years but didn’t meet anyone like Dr.Ali.

Dr. Ali is the one of the best doctor you can consult with. He is sharp, attentive and sincere in diagnosis and prescribing medicines.

Best part is at this location anytime you come for walk-in then Dr.Ali will see you so unlike other places where every time a new doc see you and you have to explain everything - which doesn’t work well as new doc can not relate to you and your reports just in one meeting; here Dr. Ali is the primary and the only doc who will review your reports which kind gives you an assurance that nothing will be overlooked.

I came from the USA and I find Dr. Ali’s professionalism world class.
The staff at Peel Medical center is super friendly and professional.
