I have a wonderful experience with Dr. Ratnayake. She is compassionate, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and provided clear, thoughtful explanations. I never felt rushed, and she ensured I was comfortable and fully informed throughout my visit. Dr. Ratnayake’s knowledge and professionalism instilled confidence, and her kind demeanor made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate doctor!

They never answer calls. Calling to IRCC is easier than calling to this clinic. Worst experience ever ?

Dr. Rathnayaka is an exceptional doctor, who truly cares about her patients. During our recent visit, she was incredibly attentive and showed genuine concern for my child's well-being. Her compassionate approach put both me and my child at ease, and her attentiveness in addressing our concerns was truly admirable.I highly recommend Dr. Rathnayaka, she is such a caring and dedicated healthcare provider.

Kudos for the volunteer staff at the foyer! They greet you with a smile and affection. So you think this seems like a great place...
Then you go upstairs and a rude shock awaits you in the form of front desk people. The way they work and treat you makes one wonder if they are unpaid labour! The train of surprises and shocks won't end here. Meet the doctor!! More surprises!!
After the doctor made her examinations, she asked me to get some bloodwork done. I told her that my daughter has been given the same bloodwork by another doctor and if she would accept that bloodwork. She said that she wanted the tests that she is ordering. When I sought clarification, she became visibly distraught and irritated. She reached out for two blank requisitions and holding them in each hand, she kinda waved them in my face and told me to present both requisitions to the lab personnel
On our way back, my daughter asked me that why was the doctor treating me like a child? I am still searching for the answer..
