My family and I have been patients of Peel Medical since 1980s. Our Dr Cheaung was awesome, including Dr Thick and Wudom.

Unfortunately, when they moved to their new location on Queen St.

Our family doctor Dr Cheaung retired, leaving this clinic in the hands of a mangeing company whom, lack the ability to manage.

The staff have all left due to shorter hours or the management company has let them go. The blood lab is nolonger as of this week. Long time lab tech has been let go as lab closed.

It takes over 40 minutes for the phone to be answered by inexperienced receptionists. The faxes faxed by pharmacies, go unattended, that it takes me out of my work day to followup with the clinic.

They have replaced my family doctor twice.

I'm health worker and caring for a very vulnerable senior dad at home. His medications are crucial to his health. Plus I myself are experiencing serious health issues.

I'm feeling extremely vulnerable and my faith in my doctors office, is no more.

The decline in Peel Medical office has substantially put each patient at risk in more hospital visits.

Dr. Wudom is amazing he always listens to my concerns and doesn’t rush me out his office like other doctors. He is by far my favourite doctor. The receptionist are nice as well and this is the only office I trust with doing my blood test because they always find my vein on the first try. 10/10 service I highly recommend.
