I just can't believe the fact that they literally take you in without any prior appointments and they take care of you ASAP... All the Doctors there are amazing, very helpful. They gave me a good experience.
I thank the whole team of Drs and even the sweet ladies working there.

Fastest urgent care in Brampton, the front desk workers can be more polite and clear when speaking to clients, but other then that the doctors are thorough with examination and explanation. Then also check anything that you may have concerns about to best of their abilities. One doctor may not suit all. The pharmacy also attached to the clinic is also quick, and always giving great clear directions on how to use/handle the prescriptions.

Hampton Inn Mississauga West

My wife and I had an absolutely horrible experience with the receptionist at this clinic. Jessica was completely unprofessional, rude and arrogant. On sundsy the clinic closes at 6pm , we called at 515 to see if we could be seen, to which Jessica said “how far are you in minutes ?” , my wife replied “10 minutes I’m on the way there”. Jessica said yes come in 10 minutes . We arrived in less than 10 minutes and Jessica was waiting at the door already denying a patient entry into the clinic. She eventually let that patient in. When my wife came to the door she rudely told her , “we’re not taking more patients, tough luck”. She never apologized , or offered any other alternative. She was completely rude , dismissive and arrogant . My wife told her that we arrived within the 10 minutes she had stated over the phone. She didn’t care , closed the door on her and left us without any care on a Sunday evening to which almost all clinics were closed. If they couldn’t take her she could have told us when we called and we would have went somewhere else , that was the reason for the call . We understand clinics can get full but this lady Jessica was on a power trip, and was completely dismissive and so unbelievably rude. I called after this and spoke to her - again - she never offered a single apology , or any alternative , just wanted to argue. Absolutely appalled by her behaviour and will definitely be reporting this behaviour to her superiors and to the governing body . This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Jessica should be re-evaluated as her behaviour was unprofessional, rude , and not empathetic at all towards sick patients who are seeking care.

I hope management of this clinic sees this and takes some type of action . Ridiculous behaviour .

This is the best group of doctors I have encountered. My family and I have used their services for multiple last minute emergencies and they truly treat you with respect and give your their full attention. I'd like to recognize Dr. Tayyiba for her commitment to patient care. She went above and beyond her duties and I have so much gratitude for her. Thank you to the whole team!

Very bad service, the receptionist don’t have manners to talk to the patient. Are very rude and inconsiderate. I would never suggest going in this clinic.

I had mixed experience at this clinic.
Positive: wait time was less compared to other clinics
Negative: they don’t accept private insurance, why? I mean why? First clinic in my 4 years of experience in Canada which doesn’t accept insurance and will only charge on healthcard. What if someone doesn’t have cash to pay them? They don’t get service? That’s the reason we get insurance is to get services covered!
I am a pharmacist myself and this is the most bizarre thing I encountered.
They don’t even bother to give callback once results are in.
Go to this clinic only if you have no choice

Dr Taiyabi mobushra more like mobutcher treats her patients like a butcher shop. in and out within minutes and failing to diagnose or listen to concerns. how you guys are able to practice is beyond unbelievable. She disrespected my family and was extremely rude. Avoid this place at all cost i will be raising my concerns to the next level now!

I want to start by saying the doctors in this clinic are great, compassionate, and caring people.

However, on more than one occasion, I've had a less than pleasing experience with reception, in person and on the phone. The front desk ladies stare at you like you're a criminal, and will scoff at you for asking questions.

Today was an especially disappointing experience, as the way they spoke, and looked at me made me feel like less of a human. I cried my entire drive home. So, thank you.

Edited to add: Rude people do not belong in doctors office environments. You have no idea what a patient is feeling or going through, and should be 100% respectful at all times.

It's no wonder that they put a note up to be "nice to reception," but they wont be nice back to you, and surly there's been someone who actually lost their temper due to their inability to talk to other humans like they're.... well, a human, too.
