Tyler, what an absolute delightful experience from beginning to end. You made every part of the process comfortable, easy to understand and explained the differences between oil, propane, conversion, heat pump and what the whole process would entail as well as the anticipated duration of the project.

We had no surprises from the quote to the install.

Brandon, Aaron, yourself, were an absolute pleasure and what dynamic personalities. After the work was done and all had left, there was nothing to clean up. Spectacular.

What a dynamic group of workers with personalities that makes a person want you to keep coming back.

We look forward to you coming back for the heat pump for our pool. Yes, any other reason we can have you all back!

Thank you just doesn’t seem enough sometimes and this is one of those times. We appreciate everything from the bottom of our hearts.

The boiler at our rental unfortunately quit on us in -20 weather but Quinte Heating was able to make time to come take a look that same day. Our unit was too old to find replacement parts quickly, but they managed to get us a new boiler next day and had our heat back up and running within 24 hours of the original call! They had great customer service and helped coordinate the install around both our tenants daily schedules while on site.

Highly Recommend! We had 2 jobs completed, that were not necessarily routine. Our gas fireplace wasn’t working and needed a part. When the part came in defective, QHS was quick to update me on the status of the new part and was sure to double check that it was working safely and effectively the second time. After that we had them relocate our noisy A/C from the patio to the side of the house. When complete, the A/C was working better than before and the line run from the original site is clean and attractive looking. Will use them for all our HVAC needs going forward.
