This clinic is great! I wasn't expecting too much help with my aging back pain but three sessions with my physio, Brandon and there is a significant improvement. He is very knowledgeable and well trained and takes the time to listen. Plus he is fun. Well worth the money. The government should be encouraging more private clinics in health care!

Have been going to Quinte Ortho on and off for over 15 years. Their team of physio’s (especially Jill) are awesome and Taylor is always a great help out front. It is an easy to access building, with modern equipment. You never have to wait a long time once you are on site. Make sure to book ahead as they are often busy.

Thanks very much Brandon and Austin!! Brandon helped me with ongoing pain in my shoulder. Much better now. Brandon’s attention to detail is impressive! Austin owns/manages a highly motivated team of professionals. Only place in Quinte I would go for physiotherapy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the physiotherapist Brandon Bates. I've been struggling with terrible ankle pain and after ONE visit he discovered my ankle was locked, and with some fancy techniques I have full range of motion again and 75% less pain. 4 months of extreme pain and after 20 mins with Brandon, I walked out of there with a skip in my step again and a smile on my face. I had a knee injury back in January 2023 and after months of pain, physio (at another place), and little improvement, I was very fortunate to get into Quinte Ortho. I started phsio here in June 2023. I was at the point where I felt that my knee injury would never get better. I am forever grateful to my physiotherapist Megan. She is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about her excellent work. She has been a tremendous help to me. The staff at Quinte Ortho are all very kind, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Quinte Ortho - you won't be disappointed. I also got fitted for a knee brace in The Fitting Room by Nicole. She is extremely helpful and patient. So excited to say that I am the 1st to get a "Quinte Ortho" purple coloured brace. Love the colour! Extremely thankful for all the help I've received here!

My first time going recommended by my doctor and I already feel the progress. They gave me the amazing advice to improve on my muscle pains such as stretching and extra tips to help down the road. They treated me very well and work on me right where I needed as I could feel the improvements starting right away!

Went to see Brandon Bates at the recommendation of my hip replacement surgeon. Had extreme hip pain which took me to emergency and no one knew what caused it. Brandon nailed it after watching me walk just a few steps! Had a pinched nerve in my spine. Nothing wrong with my hip. After a few sessions of Physio with him I am back to normal and a very happy camper! He was amazing! Very thorough, punctual and lots of fun! Yeah, Brandon!
